Just watched season 1 and how bad a leader was Lee. His jealously over the first officer also having captain experience was embarrassing. He actually tried to set him up for failure in front of the other crew members with that bullshit fire drill. Lee would never ever have a career as military sailer because he would be thrown over board for his pettiness and weird behavior. He is just a complete arse sometimes and instead of leading he just stands there with what he thinks is a smart mouth and makes things 100 times worse. Captain Glenn is what you want in a Captain non of that I will kick your arse bullshit and non of Lee's pettiness and he gives encouragement before the stick and doesn't pretent he is some kind of Clint Eastwood character and he actually sails a boat..
