It’s not about either of those things. It’s a lot of money to be on the boat and the staffs attention should be 100% focused on the guests. There’s 8 people there, drinking the same order each time. There’s no excuse for their drinks to be empty, and absolutely no excuse for them to be looking for staff to have their drinks refilled.

He went about it the wrong way, but the staff did look like they were just going through the motions and weren’t paying the guests any attention. You can say he was rude but let’s be real if you’re paying that much money and you can’t even order a drink then the staff need to sort their shit out

I’m all for blasting Karen’s, but this guy paid a lot of money and knows the tier of service he should be getting. He’s also being a lot nicer than many guests of his caliber would be in such a situation. Sure, “I understand for 24hrs” may be perceived as rude, but in all reality, he is just expressing that what happens today is a learning curve and tomorrow he expects better service. Many guests would become irate for small things such as not having oysters immediately available, he at least is being kind with his tone and understanding by his words. Also, he is literally helping out and finished making the martini, that’s hardly spoiled behaviour

Having money doesn't make you entitled to do what you want. Ok service was slow but does anyone know the word patience rather than seeing how fast you can get drunk on a thousands of dollar cruise, Class at its best, better suited to an 18 to 30s club.

Francesca was so great to Elizabeth until Ash came on, now it seems every single little thing Elizabeth does, including breathing, pisses the chief stew off. We can't seem to tell what the fk is up with this season, but all the bosses, except the Captain, seems to have a glorified, golden shtick, far up their arses. Even Elizabeth and Robert having a relationship has to be ran through the 2 bosses, as if they were in fken daycare. When we watched the FUN, FUN, FUN, season, with Captain Sandy(until they removed Hannah), they literally moved cabins around, so that the couples could bunk together. This is why Hannah was fired, because she didn't want to switch bunks yet again, and Malia got mad, told the Captain that Hannah had drugs on her, even though Malia knew weeks before, but didn't say a fken thing until Hannah pissed her off. It really sucks when people in power, like the chief stew, boson, use their titles, and not the quality of work from their employees, against their employees. If Francesca doesn't remember, Elizabeth worked with broken fingers and did a fine job. PPPPPPLLLLLLEEEEEEAAAAAASSSSSSEEEEEE BRING KATE AND HANNAH BACK, or do they not have family that work in the business.
