Alastor and Rosie are amazing in this episode. Charlie got the determination and song and rallied an army to battle Heaven. Vaggie got her wings back and realized to defeat the angels, she must embrace her love for Charlie and fight for what she loves. Her beloved princess and the friends she made in the hotel, yes even Alastor.

Nah, Alastor is straight up evil. When we first see him in the pilot, he legit makes his intentions VERY known. He's here for the entertainment, and that's it. But he's also power-hungry, so seeing the ditzy, VERY naive, and easily swayed heir to hell so quick to trust him is just what he needs. Of course, he's gonna play into whatever "parental role" he thinks he needs to use to get Charlie to trust him so he can exploit her. People forget that people like that exist, and he IS that person. Sure, maybe somewhere inside he is fond of Charlie but I'll bet he'll backstab and discard her the second it's convenient for him. When Lucifer arrived, Alastor desperately got on his nerves and kept saying how Charlie is like his daughter, both to weaken Charlie's relationship with her dad and strengthen his own grasp on her. Meaning she runs to him for help and less to her actual dad. That also gives him protection from lucifer cause Lucifer's not about to hurt Charlie's "dear ole friend"

Rosie is pretty nice, but is a cannibal. Carmine puts her famy and love above all else, but is an arms dealer, meaning she was probably responsible for thousands or millions of deaths on Earth (similar to Tony Stark). Zestial seems to be sadistic since he loves hearing screams of pain, but he does care for Carmine as a genuine friend and even keeps her secret. Vivziepop does a very good job at portraying the themes of the show, like sinners do have good qualities to them, but at the same time it makes perfect sense why they got sent to hell anyway.

So either she is or just looks like the cannibals of Hell, and if that's it, then damn, that's some crazy luck to look so much like these people and rise to overlord and make them your people

I have another theory what if instead of lillith having alastor under her thumb its eve. We havent heard or seen her since the first episode and lilith seems too obvious at this point. Eve would also have the motive because she was promised knowledge from lucifer and probably sent to hell she could have a motive against heaven aswell since adam went to heaven and she got sent to hell.
