Hazy i bet there would be 100's if not 1,000's of people who would love to go on a camp with you and Joey D. Why dont you organise a weekend of camping and fun for all your subscribers. Rent some land and toilets with running water. maybe some of your subscribers can supply music entertainment even food stalls. There could be bush craft guys demonstrating. Obviously make a weekend charge to everyone. I think it could be unbelievably popular.

Just fyi: unless they've upgraded it since I bought one, the material is waterproof. The pack is not, as the seams are not taped. Pack liner is a good bet for stuff you wanna guarantee is dry at the end of the day. I proper rate them tbh. Only issue is they only do one size (unless that's now changed), which is why I now use summat else (I have a long torso, apparently). Wife's has taken a bit of abuse and is still going. She loves it.

I used this pack last year walking the Caminho from Lisbon up to SDC. 11 weeks & 1000km. That rear mesh pocket is amazing! The only part that failed was the bungee cord at the top of the mesh pocket… It wasn’t very waterproof but i used a lifeventure 55L drybag/packliner which was. 6kg pack weight including tent & I wouldn’t hesitate to use again! I wish they made a 36L & 27L also as I’d buy! I read about the hip belt stitching fail before i bought but i had no issues & nothing but praise for the cost of this pack.

Had one of these for the Skye trail, Rob Roy Way & Affric Kintail Way Pros. Very big bag, love the stretchy outer back mesh pocket. Great for cramming stuff in. Good side and hip pockets. More than enough space to take all your gear. Having your roll mat as a 'frame' is a great idea allowing you to keep it out the way and also feels like your wearing a pillow on your back. V comfy, You can buy accessories such as a shoulder mounted water holder. Also inner zip pouch is handy for storage. Cons. Very poor quality, not waterproof, 3 long distance walks covering a few hundred miles over 2 weeks of constant use and the pack is falling apart. Several buckles are burst, shoulder strap buckles loosen on their own and require constant retightening which is v annoying. The roll mat as the frame is also a con as it leads to the sweatiest back I've ever had. 0 breathability. Stick to osprey exos. Much better! Would I buy again? No. You get what you pay for. But I can't fault my lanshan 2 pro. Would I use it again? Day hike? Max. Another quality vid from Hazey. Just a shame the bag doesn't have the same quality. Big bag manufacturers could pick up a thing or 2 from studying this though.

Second this one. I had one of the old 40+15 for a while. The buckles loosening all the time seems like a minor detail, but drove me mad, the main reason I didn't want to use it anymore. I spent 3 times the money on a quality bag and haven't looked back since.

I have 2 of the older models as they sent me the wrong color and had to fix their mistake. They didn’t want the other back. It’s not too fancy, functions well for my hikes and backpacking trips. It folds and fits well in my suitcase if I travel by plane so no straps getting caught in baggage belts. I usually stick my essentials in a trash bag and use it to pack out trash later. The zippered mesh, I was told, can hold a water bag if you don’t use bottles. Mine also has straps so it can clip to sides and not just to each other. It’s comfortable. Mine has elastic at the top of the mesh. I would prob buy again if I didn’t have the extra already.

I had that exact one, the shockcord on the back instantly tore off from the stitching and the fabric isnt water proof, it's water resistant though. I've seen issues with the belt tearing at the stitching but I didn't see that on mine. For the price, it's not bad but I wouldn't trust it for multi day backpacking or thruhiking. I am also spoiled because I own a hmg backpack.

That looks like a very close copy of the ULA Circuit, including the material style and colour options. That is an unbelievable price given the Circuit is almost £300, although Circuit does have a much better back support.

Hopefully they have sorted out the hip belt connection to the bag … according to Mikes long term review of this bag at ‘Novice Wild Camper’ the stitching at those points start coming apart …. But that was an older version …. And actually even if they do start coming adrift a few stitches with some strong thread will have it sorted as good as new-ish…. Still a great buy for 70 quid though … thanks for the review 👍👍

Like it! However, being of a larger frame - a fat knacker - my kit takes up a lot of space in a pack. The weight soon mounts up and the bag becomes uncomfortable over long continuous walking on a long distance footpath. The makers do not cater for individual back sizes. It is not for everyone.

I had one from them, before it was branded Qidian, just the old 40+16 one, their joke of a hipbelt was rubbish and just ripped off the main body of the pack after 100 km. It's fine without a belt though. Looking at the new one I think it may suffer from the same problem. I wonder if they reinforced the hip belt "wings" somehow or it's the same old construction.

Bloody hell , £72 for an 880 gr pack and a great idea to stash the mat at back as a frame and sleeping mat . My little Atompack only holds 40 litre Being Chinese its going to fall apart with heavy use . Your Lansham is a load of crap but its cheap ..and nasty lol .I m a Durstan follower and they are made much stronger. I doubt the bag will stand all day heavy rain, theres waterproof and water resistant .Cheap way to fully waterproof it is to paint it with silicon mixed with thinners. Loads of youtube stuff on this
