I HAVE Roku set up on my TV with a Roku stick. I have ATT Internet with HBO Max included, I don't know how to access my ATT subscription on my TV. When I open the App it only says "New Subscription", then ask for my Roku pin. It doesn't ask me if I want to log on with a provider. How can I do this as I don't want to pay for another Hbo Max....can u make a video to show?

I don’t know how it appears on the Roku stick since I have a Roku tv. Anyways, the system is going by the account that you have associated with Roku. 1. Go up top to where you see the 4 blocks (browse) and go over to your profile. 2. Select the profile then go right until you see the option “Sign Out.” 3. Select “Sign Out” 4. Select a movie to watch, then it will give you the option to sign in

@@TheeGirl- I have done that, then the systems crashes. I also removed the app, update the roku stick and restarted. Once the app finally loads, it crashes. I have very fast internet so the bandwidth should not be a issue. Unfortunately I'm thinking Roku needs sometime to work out the bugs. Thank you for your suggestions!

I was having same issue. I have hbo max through Hulu and I couldn’t log in. Try to watch a HBO Max exclusive content (e.g. Flight Attendant), and you should be prompted to login to HBO Max. This worked for me

If I don't have a Roku yet and want to get one for my LG tv that doesn't see to have HBO Max as an option-which Roku should I get? Price points seem to be all over the place. The 28 dollar one is way cheaper than getting a thunderbolt/HDMI adapter and HDMI cord. Suggestions?

Get the Roku Streaming Stick+. It's fast, it does 4K HDR, comes with a voice search remote, and doesn't require an HDMI cable. You should be able to get it for about $40, give or take.

If I have HBO on Roku and My Roku account says I have no active subscriptions does this mean I am being billed through a 3rd party, like HBO itself? And do I have to cancel that account as to not get billed for 2 accounts if I get HBO max? I am trying to get answers for someone. I am not sure how to help him.

Did you find that the cartoon network hub is missing Vurage The Cowardly dog show? I thought it was missing Dexter's Labatory but I eventually found it. I also did not know that they allow 3 profiles. I dont think its yoyr Roku, my HBOMAX took awhile to load and it took a few System updates for te HBO app to automaticcly turn into HBOMAX and I liked that I was already loged in. As a visually impaird person, I like the Fire sticks better because my 4K Fire stick has voice assistance and my Roku 3 and TCL Roku TV do not

Um, 4k content (with HDR, Dolby vision) starts Christmas Day with Wonder Woman, and the service will gradually ramp up with more 4k content per their spokesperson recently.

4K HDR content is coming, starting with the new Wonder Woman movie next week. Every new major Warner Bros release in 2021 will be 4KHDR too according to the press release

@JJ uploads YES! In terms of cartoons, HBO Max is leading the streaming wars. I recommend Infinity Train, Close Enough, Harley Quinn, Young Justice, and there's just so much more to check out.

Why doesn't it let me log into my account on a different tv? My cousin has a roku TV and i tried to log into my account on his roku tv but it didn't give me the log in screen. It jist took me straight to the hbo home screen after i downloaded it on his tv and now i think he might end up getting charged for it.

@@loverybug also, i think if your account is already valid and youre trying to just watch a show or movie, all you need to do is click on a show or movie, press play, and the log-in screen should pop up. hope that helps

I don’t think it will. Content-wise, it’s arguably much better than Netflix. More obvious blockbuster movies with more powerhouse brands to use do make it better than Netflix, in my opinion. But, Netflix is so far ahead. Simple yet famous name. Known and beloved content. Playable absolutely anywhere apps are available.

So I was successful in downloading HBO Max on my Roku device and was able to start watching. But, as of a couple weeks ago, I am no longer able to stream from my TV.
