When you see the quantity and quality of tv shows, when you see movies been made exclusively for tv and Hollywood movies released on tv streaming services as soon as days and weeks after been in cinemas. This is truly the golden era of tv. I’m watching shows after shows of great quality while in the 90s tv was about sit coms and re watching old movies. No hd, no dolby atmos, you were lucky to have a 32” Sony Trunitron in your home or those huge 40 something proyector tvs. I mean you had tv only actors and then movie actors. TV was considered to be for b actors. Again technology wasn’t there, money influx wasn’t there except for HBO, the quality and quantity. Trust me this is the Golden era of TV. It all started with very slowly with Sopranos, Breaking Bad but now with the streaming war is working on viewers favor.

Given how uniquely they’ve portrayed mob bosses such as Carmine and other psychological threats like Riddler, makes me more excited to see how they’ll portray rogues such as Black Mask and Hugo Strange in the Reevesverse. I really hate "Batman Universe" shows and movies without "THE BATMAN" but I must say I am pretty friggin excited to see THIS show!!!!! Colin Farrell is insane as the Penguin and I think after the first run of this series we will be comparing his take on the Penguin to Heath Ledger's take on the Joker!!! Yeah that's right I said it!!!!

This ain't the late great Adam West's Penguin. You Know...Hollywood might finally be getting DC character storytelling right. Joaquin Phoenix as a Joker. Colin Ferrell as The Penguin. What a way to re-tell and give new life to two of Batman's Rogues. Hope it has a long run.
