I really hope she gets more roles after this because her acting was outstanding throughout the show. She commanded presence through micro expressions or sometimes by not doing anything in particular at all. Reminds me a lot of how Cillian Murphy can be in certain scenes of Peaky Blinders. She'd be brutal on Game of Thrones or in any powerful woman role tbh. Crazy because I first saw her in HIMYM and her character was so different. I hope they're at the very least nominated for this show

I’ve been saying I hope for a show or mini series centered around Selena & Sofia with maybe Sofia getting redemption & atonement. But of course some replied to me thinking it’s dumb to have a show with Sofia since she’s “not an important enough of a character to center something around her”. But Cristin made this Sofia a bit sympathetic since Sofia was kind and sweet. She only became a villain cause she was turned into one.

@@maicannn_ yeah this is only the second live action performance of Sofia. Gotham was the other. I never watched the show but from clips that Sofia was ruthless and evil. This Sofia can be saved. Selena isn’t a bad person. We see that she steals from the elite and has a heart for the down on their luck people. And Selena’s letter can’t be the only time we see if any interaction between them. It has to mean Selena is gonna try and get Selena out either busting her out or using her wills to get those crimes cleared from Selena. Like show that penguin is responsible for a lot and frame him for the rest. And Penguin only keeps getting out cause he has politicians like Hady helping him but he never has peace cause Batman is always on his case and Catwoman as well

Just finished this show. It's effing Brilliant. No disrespect to Colin because he did amazing as the Penguin, but Cristin's 'Sofia' really stole the show. She was truly mesmerizing in every scene. I hope we haven't seen the last of her character.
