She said she was classically trained and you can tell. Her head voice is so beautiful!
@MisterGolightly7 жыл бұрын
BassoProfundo20 she quit because she didn't like it. It's not like you master classical technique in a year, it's years and years. She has a better head voice than these pseudo opera singers. She is more Broadway though.
@MisterGolightly7 жыл бұрын
BassoProfundo20 I said pseudo not that a fully trained opera singer
@MisterGolightly7 жыл бұрын
BassoProfundo20 yeah I agree! She had great training but like I said she quit so nope she's not 100% qualified to be called an opera singer. And she has lots of potential her range is quite vast and somewhat free. In terms of belting she gets tense which I think that's what causes her to strain her voice, but nothing she cannot fix

Matias - Vocals Normani? Normani has a 4.1 octave range. She hit the Eb7 “Emotions” whistle on live tv. Don’t put Normani’s name next to Taylor or selena
@MatiasVocals7 жыл бұрын
MJXX3 no, i meqn that the logic of the guy commenting down to my comment is that if you don't support a note that note didn't count in your vocal range, and i put Normani next to taylor and selena because none of this women support something
@VocalStation7 жыл бұрын
She seems like an extremely high-set soprano, which makes her ease with lows that much more remarkable. She reminds me of Taylor Swift in that way.
@Sea_Maranatha_7 жыл бұрын
Vocal Station true she reminded me of Taylor that way too. Taylor is naturally a soprano but she has such ease with low notes it leaves me so jealous :( I was impressed by Colleen's low notes here too

Vocal Station Mariah Carey too
@VocalStation7 жыл бұрын
Fernando Garcia yeah, but it’s kind of granted that her lows would be improved by her nodes.
@VocalStation7 жыл бұрын
Kelvin Singer Taylor has all the lightness and brightness of a textbook light-lyric soprano, along with the relative ease in belting, and the passaggio between D5 and E5. Everything about her screams soprano, she was just gifted with extraordinary lows. Her C3s, though, seem like they are near the bottom of her range. I would be surprised if she could dip below B2.
@razrv3lc7 жыл бұрын
Vocal Station Are we listening to the same Taylor Swift? Because she can barely sing songs that a mezzo would sail through. She’d absolutely fail if she tried to sing something written for a soprano. She doesn’t have ease anywhere in her range. She’s one of the most subpar pop singers right now.

BassoProfundo20 vibrato means nothing, because there are plenty of ways to achieve vibrato. You can strain the crap out of a note and still sing it with vibrato.
