In this video, I'm teaching Pawanmuktasana series so that you will be able to practice these Joint Exercises from home or any suitable location.
There are no restrictions, everyone can do this practice. The benefits are as follows:
1. Reduces inflammation on joints
2. Stretches and stimulates bones/joints of the body
3. Enhances blood flow to specific areas such as toes/fingers
4. Warms the body for Surya Namaskar and Asana practices
Do not eat 2 hours before the practice. You may eat 15 minutes after the practice. Best if practiced in the morning before sunrise. Happy Practicing!
