I know exactly how you feel when you said that you weren't hurt, i've had so many of my relationships end because of cheating, that now, i just don't care. Once i get with a new person and they show the signs of cheating, i just kinda...sit there I guess.. of course i look into it and make sure i'm right, but in the end, i just don't give a damn. For some reason this reminds me of a fuckhead that i dated once (let's call him zeke). So i found out that after a few months of us dating that he was cheating on me with my best friend and a random (not even cute) girl. So after me and my friend found out, we got so angry. So we were hosting a theatre play (helping the teachers bring in the food) and he was helping us and he was like, "babe, can you help me with this food?" and we both looked at him and was like "wat?" to each other. We got mad and acted cool about it after letting him do it himself. So after i had to lift a cooler full of ice water we looked towards each other and walked up behind him, pouring the ice water all over him. The "cute" girl broke up with him the moment after the play ended, so did we, and we both got lunch detention together (which is where you sit with the teacher and eat in silence) and the entire time we were looking towards each other like 'totally worth it' he dropped out this year from middle school and we posted about it on social media so that he didn't get a gf for a long time. Btw: me and my best friend dated for a while but broke up due to a long distance relationship but we still message

Dude I don't even watch Bojack, but after I was shown an episode or two haphazardly or saw it in a post or something, "when you wear rose tinted glasses all the red flags look like normal flags" has almost become my catchphrase. I've told it to many friends going through rough times or relationships, and it became a mantra for me when I was trying to get over a very emotionally and somewhat physically abusive relationship (I say somewhat because a couple times when he'd get really drunk and angry he'd push me down at the couch to "prove a point that I wouldn't or couldn't fight him back" or something like that. And one night, drunk and angry again over something stupid, he grabbed my wrist hard enough that it left a thumbprint bruise and I hid it from him like an idiot worrying it'd make things worse). It really puts things into perspective. I'm glad I'm not the only one who uses it and I encourage more people to use it.

My ex claimed he was suddenly invited to go play soccer with the guys every Sunday. I thought nothing of it until about a month later, when one Sunday it was raining. I asked if the game would be canceled. He said no and rushed out. There had been slight signs up till now, like minimizing emails when I'd walk by, lack of interest in me, always irritable and angry etc... so when he got back from his game just a little wet from the storm, I asked, "so, why didn't you get any mud on you?"
