I honestly need that reminder sometimes. I hate messing up in front of him 😭

This is something I tell beginners all the time. If you mess up mid combination on pads don’t get frustrated and start from the begging. Keep going! You’re not gonna miss a strike in a fight and throw your hands up in the air and restart.

Still sharp as ever. I started following 6 months ago. Matter of fact your better now! Keep it up chick. I hope that you remain injury free.

@@SilvanaKicks Don't think of it as you messing up, it's you learning. If you did everything perfect every time, you wouldn't need his guidance. :)

Nice simulation of sparring for accuracy, distance control and reaction time. I’m gonna take pops advice about keep going after missing. I get upset when I miss them the other person scores cause I’m all in my head. Gotta stay focus. Lesson learned 🫡🙂 you did fabulous in training Silvana. Bring dad on the videos more often I love the chemistry ❤❤

My Dad is so good with bringing in the training I least expect, that I learn the most from. Following is so important, I'm guilty of stopping sometimes too 😅 Also!! My dad used to be a staple in all of my older videos.

Silvana I have a question, I’m also a tkd practitioner and normally we train front hand blitzes in the position your in. Why are u only throwing your back hand here? Is it something u needed to specifically improve?

In my previous video that I compete in a tournament (battle of Atlanta | champ series) I tore my rotator cuff, so in this video I've been cleared to train but not cleared to throw the with that shoulder.
