Anytime a male friend ask me how women are able to withstand pain, disappointment and all that, I tell them God took his time to create us. It's laughable how women send themselves flowers on valentines day and other special occasions. We buy ourselves clothes and expensive gifts and claim its from our boyfriends and husbands. We go through a lot of pain, but we are very strong and that strength is what keeps us going. Ladies, let's be supportive of each other. It's a nice feeling when others are healed and well due to our help. Gifty from Ghana 🇬🇭

@polycarp98977 ай бұрын
He's not an "African brother". He is an irresponsible conman. Such people never "come to their senses". She should just cut her losses and move on. He clearly wasn't looking a wife or family with her. He was just having a good time and she unfortunately got pregnant. A sensible African man wouldn't disappear and leave a woman who has just given birth to his children in hospital. Many men would gladly cover the medical bills of their aunt, sister or even friend (even if it means borrowing money). When a responsible man realizes his woman is pregnant, he begins saving money to cover the medical bills. Once this man vanished without a trace while she was in hospital, he revealed his true colors. He is irresponsible and has no interest in being a husband or a father. The sad fact is that we all make mistakes. Sometimes, we make mistakes in choosing the person we have children with. We have to own up to those mistakes, end the relationships and move on with our lives. Waiting for people to "come to their senses" is a fools gambit.

Three things I have learned in life so far; 1. Whatever is meant to happen, will happen. The sooner you reconcile your mind and your reality, the more meaningful your life will be. 2. We get tested with what we judge. Be careful not to judge other people's lives 3. Your expectations for other people are yours to manage, and not for them to meet. Learn to manage your expectations for other people and you will save yourself a lot of heartache.

The society see us with kids and conclude that we're were the most bad ,wicked women, that's why we were abandoned by our so called baby daddies, a man can wake up one morning and decide that he is leaving and there is nothing you can do about it,go start another family and live happily forever after like you don't even exist. This lady is one strong woman, she has 5 and she is hanging on, while there is me who has one and at times my mind comes to a standstill. I can do many things for a man but one that I vowed not to do is ,"borrowing money for him" Sina huo upako.

Bravo Divinah, thank you so much the brother and friends of Divinah, may God bless you. It's not easy, unfortunately those who love genuinely and innocently suffer so much at the hands of these snipers, because they are calm, seemingly diplomatic but full of lies. The pain sinks really deep because it is always prolonged, and before you actually get to analyze the situation and accept the truth. You tend to instead want to protect your abuser, sadly! I wish people would stop telling lies in relationships, it just destroys the person so deeply, it drains, makes ill and may kill Please be true and don't lie, if you do, please stop.

I echo the above. Marriage is not marriage without a marriage certificate. We allow love & trust crowd us from not doing what is right( legalize marriage). Double life is every where. In USA and Visa versus. Others have a lawful wife in USA and still manage to have one in Kenya fully supported by his family. Ladies, marriage certificate speak louder that traditional marriage. My 2 sense.

What an inspiring and educative story. Your guest, l call her "a mother of 4nations!" She should be very pound for mothering her quadraplets so well as a single parent. At God give u the joy, peace and provision by blessing the work of your hands/skills. It's unfortunate that the father of your children is not committed to your relationship from the word go. So sad that he can't be proud of being a father of such beautiful kids. He is nassistic, liar and don't put your heart on him. Only God can change him, continue praying as u do your own things. Its tough but our God is a big God and where u stop is where God starts. May Wr be touched to send support this great young and beautiful pound
