The plaintiff agreed to rent a room in the defendant's house. The defendant always brought home strange women, so the plaintiff had to move out. The defendant refuses to return her security, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant argues the plaintiff moved out without any notice and damaged the carpet. Therefore, he had every right to keep the security deposit.

Oh jeez, we got ourselves a professional victim here - plaintiff has a couple of autoimmune disorders. It was literally like the 5th sentence out of her mouth. Heaven forbid the guy has some lady friends stay over, plaintiff has an autoimmune disorder. Completely change the way you live your life to appease this victim that just moved in because it offends HER belief system. It's funny how these victims never want to change THEIR behavior, it's always you have to change your behavior. Can you say self importance and entitlement? I have cameras in the front and back of house outside and one upstairs in play/game room. I like having cameras bc my husband works out of town and its a big house. Motion sensor so if someone comes in, our phone gets an alert or if someone is in our yard or at the door. It makes me feel safe knowing nobody is in or around my house.
