It was meant to say “FACT”. Swapping U for A or R for L are fairly common mistakes here in Japan, I see it all the time in advertising around Tokyo. The “it’s not Fact” stickers were made as a joke to try and explain the typo, but is essentially nonsense.

That "Pepsimannnnnnn" sting was all over our local gameshop back in 1998-ish. Was finally rid of it for years until Game Grumps brought it back, years ago now so once again I had peace. Until you brought it up again !
