So many do it to help get looked at more. Now if you’re a phenomenal player there’s no need to reclass but if you’re good but want to reclass you’ll get looked at a lot more. College coaches don’t care if you get held back dude. They might like it even more because they’ll use you for 3-4 years instead of 1 and done. Reclassifying isn’t all about making it to the fucking nba dude. A guy who is a d-2 high school basketball player his senior year could go prep for a year and get a d-1 scholar ship the year after. Idk why you bring up the nba like there’s no college levels. Also 1 year in the draft isn’t that much dude. A player at 20 can improve just as much as a player 19.
