I was tracking through numerous KZbin Loren Allen videos and eventually arrived here. This is now one of my favorite videos. I love seeing young people enjoying vocal performance. I sang this in high school. It was something we did with every choir in our district and in total there was about 120 people, its a small district in a small community, and it was an amazing experience.

This is in Utah and is a high school retreat. Lack of diversity owes to the fact that there aren’t many students of color in the area that are in the choirs here. Also, Loren Allred killed it here. No, she wasn’t gospel, but very much gospel-adjacent. She knows when to go all out and has since become very famous for Greatest Showman and sung with incredible people as well.
