So many people in this world left feeling broken when they're not, until they actually are. This guy is a perfect representation of what many people have left to gain back, who believe they're too far gone. They're so many who go almost full lifetimes never feeling half as good and healthy as they could - content with their situation - be it obesity, soreness, sharp pains... Start your baby steps toward recovery... Commit for a long term period... Begin to get your life back!

damn you! im not crying. youre crying. im a man, i dont need to cry!! 😭 and what an absolutely amazing transformation. proves how incredibly strong the human body can be and how much stronger the mind is. incredible job, arthur! thank you for your service both in the war and sharing this journey that so many people should see to help find their own motivation. and its always great to see people like ddp transition from one type of celebrity job to something so incredibly different and be doing so great, helping so many people instead of fading away into drug addicted obscurity like so many others unfortunately do. just a lot of great, positive things going on here and i love it. we need more of it these days.

The best showing of Arthur was on JRE when he interviewed DDP. Rogan was in total shock. Think he even shed a tear or two.

Our society makes us weak, and it becomes easy to just be disabled. That's never good for anyone's life quality. Find something to help you along if you need that, but do more than just accept things as they are, because they'll never remain as they are. You either get worse, or you find a way to improve the quality of your life. That last part is important to fully understand, because if your life slips, it hurts your loved ones lives too. If your life improves even the tiniest amount, your loved ones lives improve too. Do it for yourself, and your loved ones. You can change.
