From my understanding, "Russ the Suss" is being investigated by the Florida Ethics Commission so he is keeping a low profile right now. "Don the Con" is only mad because nothing is going his way anymore, he and his wife is now being 'called out' from the 'Public Emails'. I don't think "Linette and John" will be showing up at Town Meetings anymore w/ Jeremy and George having restraining orders on them and have been found in court of violating the court orders and as more court cases are now being filed and brought against them and the residents are capturing them on video pretty much 24/7 now..

Maybe he will watch this video and become informed for a change. Otter Creek is headed in the right direction. Don is a piece of work. He turns up at meetings knowing they've been called off due to fear of missing out with a sour look on his face giving people the stink eye. He antagonizes others, runs his mouth, is in Russ's pocket, he and his wife have committed unlawful acts and acts like a child sabotaging the meetings with Russ. Don should've been removed years ago.

It's only been three months since they had a meeting and two of them they couldn't hold a meeting due to not enough members present. Russ and don walked out of the first one. Don walking out last night sealed his fate of not being on the council. His biggest problem is he thinks he knows it all, and I don't think we have heard the last of him. There will be a complaint filed. What he doesn't realize is the meeting Russ and don walked out of was illegal by them for not letting the two one year seats to be sworn in. Last night nothing illegal about anything.

From what I understand, there were no checks tonight because there was no one as yet authorized to sign the checks. That was remedied by the remaining council after Don walked out. The legal paper passed by the council will be taken to the bank and it will still be a matter of time before the checks are issued.

As treas of our HOA for 7 years now, the only complaints we ever get are from non participating members. Off hours, at home or personal cell phones. New owners complain old members rule. Well yeah, shut up, show up, and Participate. We beg new board members.

HOA's are such a rip off. A company sales of lots then has ownership in side company to ''manage'l the same property they just made billions off for eternity. Then old people with no lives watch out windows for every disorders. No one owns land or property ever but don't pay HOA and see how fast they take your home even though your mortgage, taxes are current. Hia's cant be on a loan for legal reasons its all a manipulative system. They sell hoa's as great cause no neighbors can be disruptive with actions or garbage. I pay 5k a month to be told I can't park a boat, TV, tree on my property will NEVER HAPPEN and only fools pay for Hoa's
