I honestly believe that between his mic being turned off when his turn is over and there not being an audience, he will leave way before the debate is scheduled to end.And if/when that happens the moderators should just continue without him. Show Americans (who should already know) the difference between a vindictive quitter with no policy plans outside of destroying the country and revenge, and a fighter with a documented track record and policies deigned to help everyone regardless of political affiliation.
