Used to watch his TV show every week, my mom LOVED him! Kisses were standard practice on his show, and no one cared.

I went to see Tom Jones with my mom and her friends and you could walk down to the stage and give him things (like flowers or stuffed animals…etc.) and one of my moms friends was too shy to walk down so I did it and he kissed me on the lips…haha!! It’s been about 35 years and I’m ok so ladies kiss Tom Jones if you ever get the chance I promise you won’t regret it!!

I was a little girl and watched his show with my mom. You notice a lot of time when he was dancing they weren't showing him from the waist down. I just became a new subscriber. I don't know if you have watched any of this videos yet but I recently started watching Adam Lambert and I think he's probably the most underrated singer out there. I came across his video of him singing Cher's song Believe to Cher at The Kennedy Center Awards and was blown away and now I'm down the rabbit hole. He's Queen's front man and has been for 10 years. I suggest Believe or Who Wants to Live Forever at The Isle of Wight with Queen + Adam Lambert or my favorite from his last album Closer to You (live sessions). He's a singer like Pink that sounds better live. Thank you and keep up the great work!

Some of his admirers used to bring unmentionables (presumably, new), & some by the bagful, to throw at him while he was performing; or so the story goes... I don't find it all that difficult to believe, given the apparent effect he seemed to have on them ( plus, they were freer times, hippie mindsets & all)

Tom Jones was in a class similar to Marilyn Monroe. Neither were never given the credit they deserved as a talented singer / actress because they were the epitome of sexy. Tom was IT in the day. His voice was and still is... epic. And yes, he was a ladies man to be sure. Bang Bang tea, LMAO.

No one thought anything of kissing people on the mouth then , Elvis did it and even in 70s and 80s when I saw John Shcnierder /Bo Duke he kissed me in mouth as they did fans. I saw these things of Tom and see why the ladies where crazy over him and loved the dance and loved your Seinfelt NOt thats theres anything wrong with that , comment. LOL

that was not her panties. that was a square shaped handkerchief. back in the 60's it was common for singers to be offered a handkerchief to wipe their forehead. fans like doing that. people back then didn't come down with diseaeses like todays generation. nobody complained. nobody had problems from doing a lot of kissing. i know because i was there as a young woman. we just had fun. and never made a big deal about everything like today's crazy world.
