I enjoyed the pros and cons. Somewhat like me, a full time traveler living in Airbnbs. I am enjoying walking along the marina and looking at the sailboats here in Istanbul Turkey. Lots of beautiful water here.

Every time I listen to all the maintenance issues that are unique to living on a sailboat, it amazes me all the things you have to deal with that a house owner doesn't have to deal with. I suppose they cancel each other out to some degree because there are issues with houses that you don't have to deal with. When you were discussing the square footage, is that just the below deck living space and not the deck above? And is there some kind of lightning arrestor or grounding system for those tall masts?

Maybe y'all should think about buying an RV to get away occasionally. You could get off the boat for a while and go on new adventures to different places. With your experience fixing things on a boat, the RV life would be a breeze. I would go stir crazy living on a boat 24/7. But that's just me.

nice video. Sucks tha the A.I.S. unit is still toast and more importantly it really sucks that em trac, won't back their product. Good for you to broadcast the lousy suport from them. This is nonsense. Be careful and keep up the great attitude.

Hi @robinpatterson Regardless of the company or where it is located if it’s damaged by water inside the unit that’s not meant to be there no one will give a warranty, I worked with hydraulics and if a component failed and was under warranty you’d take it into the dealer they would get out a large sheet of white paper , open the failed component up then search the paper with a magnifying glass if needed and search for a bit of contamination , if found your warranty was void , supposing the em trac dealer was at the end of the dock , they won’t give warranty for something that isn’t the unit’s fault , whoever bought something that can’t be repaired anywhere locally, should think about these situations beforehand Regards Davy 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇹🇭

I would tell you of the deliciously wicked thoughts I had when you were painting, but that would be so inappropriate to say such things to a married woman. Instead, let me just say I enjoyed the video. The hurricane did a great deal of damage, but im finally back in an upright position.

i went to a tiki bar today.. and sailboats come up the subject. , i listened as the whole bar became vocal. and everyone had opinions, and i sat quietly, and then someone asked me if i ever sailed.. i said no but i do own a morgan 41 out islander center cockpit ketch .. and the whole bar went not silent but damn quiet, then questions come one and another. i said yea my boats just down stream a few knotts... they wasnt that impressed, till i showed pics on my fone of my boat near by..lol .. one dude even said yea ive seen that boat at dock she i what is it with morgan out islander 41.. are they as great as people make them out to be.. i own one and really dont know.. all i know is .. i got a 1977 boat that needs to be refitted to 2024..lol

@@sailingintermission just wait till i light it up in all green out line , already have the lights, zip ties. and timmer. just waiting to be installed..im wanting to do the dunedin and clearwater xmass boat parade;s , all lit up in green lol comming up in few months.... plus i got haul out next month. frigging big steps coming soon.. im either standing still or taking giant steps... aint no more baby stepping when ya got a boat..lol fair winds and following seas....

Thank you, Blu! We've been good; some rain off and on but nothing severe. 🤞Hope you're safe as well. I'll be glad when hurricane season is over. I did see the Super Moon the other day. There are four super moons in a row now. August and September as well as the full moons in October and November will be super moons. Every full moon has a name. I just love reading and finding out about that stuff. Stay safe and healthy.😘💖
