Welcome to Gothic, Colorado-one of the coldest places in the United States. This ghost town has been abandoned since the 1920s, but there is at least one person who still calls it home. For more than 40 years, current resident billy barr has lived in a small cabin, recording data about the snowpack to pass the time. In this short film, Morgan Heim of Day’s Edge Productions profiles the legendary local who inadvertently provided scientists with a treasure trove of climate change data. Winner of the Film4Climate competition organized by the Connect4Climate Program of the World Bank (film4climate.net).

The solar panels, the time to construct such a home without needing a second job to afford just food, let alone all the supplies et cetera.. Even if he has been what you consider poor the last 40 years, he did not start out poor for certain with all these accomodations like electricity and water. @@xk3260 I hope that's the only quote from Mussolini, that you are using. Other quotes have a really bad potential. And this one says as much about potential as my dead Hamster. Absolutely nothing. No electricity , just batteries, 2 wood stoves , a hand pump water well, outhouse. A hand antique crank style phone which he lay the wires to his nearest neighbor a mile away in case of emergency . A Scientest before he retired, smart as a whip, a library in his cabin with 1000s of books . Grew his. Vegetables, expert cook, tapped his own trees for syrup Lived his way, his terms

That can be true if you don't listen to everyone trying to sell you something -- the ads all say YOU need this, YOU need to do this or that, so that you are indoctrinated with their sales pitch until you really DO think you "need" what they're selling! Then they add "you need to call RIGHT NOW, don't' wait, do it NOW! It's an art that makes the Madison Avenue ad-men very wealthy! No one just describes what they're selling today and let you decide on the merits of whether or not you need it, they pound it in to you with personal remarks pertaining to YOU, telling you to buy something! what a great story, we have also the snow coming later, but it stays much longer. in some parts we snow until August, reindeer herders have still to go with snow scooters instead of 4x4s. It is crazy

you know the old saying. if you want something done right, bitch about it in the comment section like a productive member of society. sir you have been burnt, it's like roasted except instead of it being clever and funny it was mean spirited and probably done by a child.

now hang on nicole has put forth a reasonably good troll as well, I don't have much material at the moment but I will at least try to respond in kind. excuse me sis do you kiss your pappy with that mouth? I know it must be hard to be jealous but I'm the cool kid cause I got to drive the bus one day cause she's cool like that. I don't roast anymore, I've moved on to burning, both in cooking and in life I burn like there's no tomorrow, and you got burnt. of course I got the brain today was my turn and I don't plan on sharing while I gots it so you can go to the jelly corner cause there ain't no peanuts in that butter. I'd trade in that thesaurus back to the voodoo doctor cause I'm certainly more facetious than factious or facstious and my emanations don't have no emnation. as worthless as my words I'll take as a compliment were my creepy elmo toy not saying it crawling out of my trash bin yesterday so I know you didn't come up with that on your own. tl:dr I don't plan on conquesting the roast any time soon but I'll at least burn it before I go.
