Loved this sellers selling strategy, in all my years ive not seen this but he deserved the little bit more you paid him and to be fair i always go with trust no one when buying but he was 100% genuine , hope he gets the card graded

The cost of grading a PSA 6 EX-MT 1974 Schmidt is almost the value of the card itself once graded.

@@ToppsBaseballRacks Plus…a PSA 6 or 7 will almost look like a perfect 10 to most folk. A 6 or a 7 still has great corners…no bending…no visible tears…no major surface damage. It can be off-center…or color faded…or surface is fuzzy….and it will go all the way down to a 6. There are VERY few folk who I trust to assume a PSA grade….before it’s graded.

Many letters are just straight signed by an assistant. Most people wouldn't know the difference. There are also autograph machines that hold a pen and get very close to a real signature.

Don't get me wrong Pete the building looks so much better but you have to make it pop for people to notice you. I once painted a shop fluro orange and it increased my trade so much. Customers would tell me that it looked very drab before and was really uninviting. Didn't make them feel like coming in. The color of your shop is probably more important than you realise. It does look better than before though.

Pete, im so happy you're satisfied with the paint on the exterior building. I have to be honest with you, I don't think its unique enough to fit you. It looks professional but I think if anyone could pull off an aggressive and funky color scheme on the outside of a building, it's you. Your store is so unique and I don't think the color scheme fits. Again, I think it LOOKS fine but I think something funky and wild would be way more fitting. I need this guy to work for me and negotiate prices on my sneakers and guitars. I use the decimal percentage calculation all the time when I am doing ebay bids and tax calculation!!!! I don't understand what's so unique or special about this method!!! e.g. $100 x 0.7 (70%) = $70 x 1.07 (7% sales tax) = $74.90 !!! EASY PEASY!!! 😁👍🏻
