I think the husband should have gotten time. Personally cheaters should get jail too, because nothing good comes out of playing with someone’s feelings or home.
@cherachapin38267 ай бұрын
If he was living under Sharia law something WOULD happen to him. At the very least he would be jailed. But since his actions also resulted in a death, his wife's family has the right to seek vengeance against him, even if he was not the one who committed the actual crime. Turning sister against sister is just awful. But to be fair, the sister should not have been living in the same house as her older sister and her husband. These are some of the religious guidelines that are in place for a reason (not that he was following any of them) The audacity of asking an Imam to marry his wife's sister! That immediately would have brought shame to him. Not his wife or her sister but to HIM. And if the Imam was a decent person, he would have stepped in and removed the wife from that situation because clearly her family was not having her best interests either

In most cases of infidelity, I agree that the person who made the commitment is to blame. However, if the affair partner is a friend or a family member, the blame is pretty close to equal. If my husband messed with my sister (who I am extremely close with), I imagine that I would feel more betrayal from her. I fully acknowledge that every relationship and every person is different and my spouse sleeping with a random woman would of course hurt like Hell but I wouldn’t blame said random woman. But my sister…? That’s beyond painful. They’re both supposed to love and respect me enough to keep their hands off of each other.

The times there was another woman, or 'side chick' it is upsetting when someone enters into that *knowing* theyre part of someone's infidelity, but Ive nvr even seen the point of confronting anyone other than the person Im in relationship with. Because as long as he's willing to cheat, if it's not her, itll be someone else. The times I found out I was the 'other woman/side chick'/whatever, I only ever felt tremendous guilt. 🇬🇧 Luton is a very diverse area in lots of ways. There are a large number of very Westernised Pakistani Muslims but there is also a very conservative, strict & anti-integration demographic in Luton. A lot of the Islamic extremism & terrorist attacks which have plagued Britain can be traced back to Luton. Luton is a very “New Town” (NOT a good thing in Britain!) & very Working Class. If they had a lot of money they would NOT have joined the community in Luton. It’s one of the least affluent Muslim areas of England…

We call that a duplex on the east coast of the US, at least if it's only two homes. If it's a whole row of connected houses then its a townhome or townhouses

It’s a semi detached house in the uk. If the property is separated into downstairs and upstairs flats = 4 separate residences, it’s a small block of flats or masonettes.

You should look into this case Zara. Your video reminds me so much of the Farzam case out of Florida. Fatiha Farzam stabbed her younger sister Sayma Farzam for supposedly flirting with her sister's long distance boyfriend of 5 years. Sayma would play the game Valorant with the boyfriend & they would communicate on the game. Fatiha did not like it one bit. There's a lot more, but I don't want to spoil it for others who haven't heard about it.

When I first clicked on this I assumed you meant he was passionately hugging his OWN sister and was so deeply disturbed, then you explained it’s his sister in law and I was like “well that’s actually a lot better. Not good, but better.” 😂 Edit: thought homes was keeping up with the Lannisters (Or Targaryens), but he was doing something else instead.
