it's preferred to palpate from the back as it's awkward to palpate from the front

You just need to feel some pathological ones - they do feel wrong once you know what you're looking for

if there is no swelling, everything is fine. if there is a swelling, you need to mention the size, if its painful or not, the consistency, its mobility whether its attached to underlying structures or not. RED FLAGS are rapidly growing, painless, hard and fixed lymph nodes.
