Check out our budget friendly package that is good up to 600whp! Not everyone needs a full port! We offer our pocket port service for the budget friendly builds but will still make nice gains! We usually pick up 40cfm on the intake, and 30cfm on the exhaust. Porting is not everything however, the real magic happens at the valve job. Having the right angles and throat diameter is the key to the pocket port’s success. More to come about this subject!

Great video! Three minute voice overs are so much better than ten minute explanations unscripted explanations. Does reshaping the chamber size change the compression ratio?

thanks for the feedback!!! This has been a conflicting situation. The voiceovers take so much more work and not personal. And the explanations are hard because for the moment I suck in front of a camera. lol We got you Billy! Thanks again.

It drops the compression, that type of work is usualy CNC cut. I just had 2.0 heads cut to 2.5 bore. I couldn't imagine this being accurate to the nearest cc

@@brandinknight3797 the cnc is actually not as accurate as you might think. A cc is quite a bit of material, and easy to get right by hand. It’s a shape, and if it’s out of the shape it’s not hard to spot by eye. The cnc deal is a digitized hand port, and it’s machining on an imperfect part, the head casting is all over the place in terms of core shift. The cnc only knows where the chamber should be, not where it is. So we know for sure it will not make everything exactly the same unless you’re making it out of billet. Advantage here is the cnc can do it much faster. But not that much better.

Be careful with those electric diegrinders , most are too fast and are bad news with long shank burrs .

Agreed! But this one is not one of those. You can run it full speed with a 6 inch long 3/4 burr and no issues

Chicks at the shop are staunch. Legend. Given that Im Australia based and itd be too pricey shipping a 2j head back and forth, do you guys have any one over here you'd recommend? Or if all else fails, how much will you sell me a used 2jzge vvti bare cylinder head core to have a basic street port? Cheers

not sure who can help you with a 2JZ over there really. GE VVTi heads are around $500 here for the cores. We can certainly get you one. Best to email so we can go over options! And thanks for the watch!

yeah the bore sizes are a big difference. Some people run the head as is and don't match it! Imagine that with no timing.
