Hi, thankyou for your video. It helped me get quite far. I just wanted to add that I had to also remove the covers on side and rear the pillars because they locked in the headliner with their curved edges. If I just pulled the headliner out, it could have been damaged. Thanks for your tutorial.

Thanks. Useful Video. I just replaced the headliner in my 307 SW. Be aware, the shape of this headliner is extremely complex compared to most videos you will see. Fitting the new headliner textile is tricky. I did an ok job, but I practiced a bit first because I started by using 'normal' spray on contact adhesive. That does not stick well enough, but it does allow you to pull off and try again! I then switched to heavy duty spray-on contact adhesive (CRC ADOS Ultra High Strength). This does not give you much time (like nearly none) to repeal, stretch etc. Get it right once and if you try to peel you may rip the foam off the textile, which then leaves defects. Practice makes perfect.

BTW. The job took about 4 hours (1 hour to remove, 1 hour to clean the headliner backing, 1 hr to apply the textile and trim, 1 hr to reinstall). Cost was about $80. Half on the new headliner (off ebay) and half on two cans of CRC ADOS.

But he showed that, he didn't take it off them but explained it. You have to do what he did and to end the process you have to pull gently the sun visor cable and remove it completely. If i understand what you meant

Dear Sir, I have a 307 from 2001 not SW and I would like to re-do the headliner but on the (between doors) panels just over the safety belt there are also the airbags, do I have to remove also these panels in order to take out the headliner or leave them ??. thank you sir.

Dear Ammar, You're welcome :) I did not remove them. It should be possible to remove the headliner without removing the side posts. You may need to bend the headliner a bit to get it out from the post. Nonetheless I did not see anything holding the headliner in the post area so it should be ok. Just be careful and do not pull it to strong in case you feel any resistance. I wish you best of luck! Cheers

Oh!!! The sunroof!!! The pieces of sunroof are made by cork and over them (using glue) there is a very thin cloth. The glue destroyed by the hot summer temperatures here in Greece and the cloth detached. I asked from many professionals to repair it but no one wanted to touch it. An official Peugeot workshop told me not to touch it because the airbags had to be removed and there was the possibility of a serious damage. They told me also that the sunroof cover were put in place before the glass sunroof. So I decided to remove carefully the sunroof pieces myself. I managed it without damages and then I asked from a professional to glue a new cloth. But you I couldn't imagine what the problem was!!! The original cloth of the sunroof was extremely thin and couldn't be found in the market. So the 3 sunroof pieces couldn't installed back again. And if someone manage to install them back there wasn't enough space to be retracted!! Now I have just the 3 pieces just over my head (we need sun protection at summer) connected wit magnets (that's one of my ideas) and I remove them by hand!!! The actuator works perfect but it is not connected with the cover now. That's my Peugeot 307 sw sunroof adventure....

I am sorry the comment blow. It was my child 9 year old and he uses my computer to watch. I usually watch your videos. I am having problem with black smoke from my car since few month. last time one mechanic changed head cover valve. for few days the smoke was decreased but again started dark black smoke. in normal rpm there is not any sign of smoke, but when I increase accelaration, starts black smoke. recently I changed Engine oil, oil, air and fuel filters but the situation is same. oil and coolant level is ok. Hi Neville, I am doing good, thank you! Nice to hear from you. This is very general error. I would strongly recommend you to connect the car to PP2000 software first and read the error codes. This will give you much more information concerning the problem. Have a look at this video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/pJ6vcoJ_jrqappY If you do not have the interface and software use a near by Peugeot mechanic. Doesn't cost much to connect the interface and read errors. The whole process takes approximately 15 minutes. When you have the error code you can search for the explanation online. This helps a lot when looking for the proper diagnosis. Cheers

My 307 sw also has problems of the sun proof top. The sliding shelters separated into three and as such, only the front pieces is movable! The last two pieces cannot move. The last one goes into the roof and cannot come out!

Hi JW, This is most likely caused by broken actuators. I do not have such movie yet (i will look into it).
