People don't understand the power of meditation. Sometimes it takes me watching this once. Sometimes twice, sometimes 3 times and I slow it down to .75x but the tension relieved, the heaviness under my eyes. There's times my eye is twitching I'm carrying so much stress and this relieves that. If you're struggling just know it's not always easy. The mind is a tool, and it takes time to learn how to use it. There's days I can't get away from my thoughts and it takes longer. But I am in control of my mind, my mind isn't in control of me and that's why I do it. I've steered other people towards this clip and I really do hope it helps them. Thank you headspace.

Thank you Headspace for sharing this beautiful journey to mindfulness. I have benefited from your videos and app sessions many times, mentally and spiritually. I know with enough practice everyone can get to make impossible sound easy. The most exciting lesson for me was realizing the power of mindful breathing. A simple act of observing my inhale and exhale. I know it sounds too easy! In reality, It’s way harder than it looks for people like me, who has a grasshopper mind. 🙌🏻 We need more of these. I am very impressed with this guided meditation. Don't use KZbin much these days as it's algorithms and sponsored ads ruin the experience. However, I was very anxious about 30 minutes ago. I relaxed into the meditation but found my breath shorten and heart beat start speed up when I was invited to just observe. I allowed myself to sit with my bodies response to the stirring anxiety. I observed and let go. Visualisation work is so powerful and this meditation touched on it so delicately yet it really allowed me to feel the energy vibrating on a cellular level. I surrendered to my anxiety, sat with it and was present. May you be happy, may you be healthy, may you find peace in your heart 🙏🏻

What a lifesaver! Thanks for the excellent meditation experience Headspace. As a programmer, we face many challenges, and it's easy to lose control of our mental health mostly when overwhelming problems and stress at work comes into play. Headspace has been a real lifesaver. I enjoyed meditation and with you and mostly taking control of my thoughts back again. Be able to control thoughts during stressful days has no price. Meditation brought me clearness of thinking, and improved my ability to learn and work on complex solutions. Now, if I feel overwhelmed or stressed, I sit aside, close my eyes, and meditate for as long as i need and until I feel better. Thanks Headspace! ♥
