I loved the freedom this meditation provided, giving the mind permission to go where it wanted rather than constantly trying to reign it in. It took a lot of the performance pressure off of the practice. Will definitely be recommending this to others!

I am a newly qualified teacher and am thinking about introducing meditation to children so that they learn how to regulate themselves from a young age. I wish someone had taught that to me when I was younger. Also I found out that a headspace subscription is free for teachers so if there are others, please introduce them to your class!

I love headspace it’s been helping so much, more people need to do this. I never thought it would help but I have it a try and it did. Wether it’s placebo or something else, I feel more relaxed and I sleep better since I do it before I go to bed

I'm rather new to Headspace but I love Andy's soothing voice. Actually, I am a stroke survivor which I had during Lockdown in June 2020. My son introduced me Headspace and I have been doing it for about a year. I do it twice everyday and it has helped me a lot. However, for the past six days or so I have been experiencing anxiety attacks with all sorts of negative thoughts. So, I turn to Headspace for help.

@annroberts33233 жыл бұрын
I can relate to that. Personally, I try to use the apps, as often as necessary, up to a few times per day. Especially those that are only 1 min or so, which is nothing out of a 24hr day

Is there a longer video that actually discusses ´reframing´ things to gain a different perspective? It´s great to do the meditations as they´re very helpful, but I´d love to hear some real examples of reframing a stressful situation in addition to the meditation practices.
