Beautiful video! Most people are surprised however, when they learn that our cells' DNA is kept in the form of loose chromatin almost all of the time during a cell's life. Only when the cell is getting ready to imminently divide does the DNA get packaged up into the formed chromosomes that we are used to seeing. The chromatin is duplicated, then coiled and packaged up into chromosomes, lined up, pulled apart, and then the 2 separated cells unpack the chromosomes back into loose, threadlike chromatin. Most of the time, the nucleus looks more like a bowl of spaghetti than a neat arrangement of chromosome "alphabet soup." 😸

It's the same for anything else. If the cell does not get substances it needs, it well tell the nerve cells of it; that's what most people tell "disease."

So, if cells can heal and become who we are also then its been a game for some people or beings to test out theories and their own fun in undoing us aswell… because it makes no sense to be dealing with so much stress and suffering when we humans have made it all…and the basic unit of any human is the family unit, where our feelings of love emotions and ethics come from…who is using us?!!!! As we radiate energy, as we work from cell systems, as we function by basic biological and universal structures…Its not competition! As we are born to work with others… why so much division??? When even biology is for uniting and making order, funcioning systems…

vitamins and iron can't properly be absorb from plants. we need meat.
@ThomasSchwenke-knowledge2 жыл бұрын
I don't think so :)
@mannys91302 жыл бұрын
There is iron in plants. It is however, a less desirable form of iron. Red meat has a form of iron that is better/easier for the body to work with. Ideally, we get both types of iron in proportion to each other. A good 75/25 or 60/40 meat to plant iron is a good mix. The most frequently seen vitamin deficiency in vegans is Cobalamin, AKA Vitamin B12. B12 deficiency causes a large array of issues, often manifesting as anemia in vegans or vegetarians, many of whom don't take B12 supplementation. Eventually, we run out of B12 and it's a process to rebuild bodily stores of it. B12 injections are usually given for a few months followed by a daily pill.
@ThomasSchwenke-knowledge2 жыл бұрын
You can eat around 10-20 kg plants daily, but not meat. That's all. Eat 5 kg of plants daily and you have iron levels going up the roof. Non-washed plants will give you Vitamin B12 through bugs and bacteria. But, I'm with you that it's much easier to eat some meat, unless you want to eat all day :)
@mannys91302 жыл бұрын
@@ThomasSchwenke-knowledge Unwashed produce is an extreme pathogen and sanitation risk so most people thoroughly wash or cook/steam their fruits and veggies. Eating raw commercial produce is different than eating some from a homegrown garden though. If someone wants to eat unwashed peppers from a garden, they can probably be more comfy in chancing it that things like Listeria, e. Coli, Salmonella, etc. are not present on the produce. Some people are ok with eating bugs, but here in the US where I am it's still taboo and not too popular at all. 😸 I acknowledge for sure that the facts and numbers support the eating of properly prepared and stored bugs. Most of the protein on Earth is in the form of bugs! It's just hard to get past the social and upbringing barrier to eating bugs as a part of a daily diet. It makes sense and it isn't any more or less healthy than other food items, but I couldn't manage to happily eat something made of dried crickets. 😸 It's a mental thing. Kinda like how Hitler refused to eat meat ever again after he walked in and found his niece dead with a gunshot wound after a successful suicide. 🤷🏻♂️ It's interesting how much our intangible and borderline indescribable thoughts and feelings influence our diet so profoundly.
