Any small victory becomes huge in a later stage of rebooting because it shows how much you have achieved. Also getting into new hobbies and interests because it replaces the need to watch porn. Always aim higher you never know where it will take you in life

I'm on my 30 day of no fap but since day 25 I experienced huge anxiety and stress boost I don t know what to do I keep thinking that I have a serious illness and I can t stop thinking about it s good thing I found out that other experienced the same thing But for me it s torture What should I do?

Where this fails to be of value for an analogy with human males is it's not just, or in fact almost ever, physical domination that rises one to the top, it's intellectual capacity, creativity and ambition, ie. Bill Gates as but one example of many.
