Gisele Brown said it right! You think all the pain you're experiencing is "normal", but it isn't! Living this Carnivore Lifestyle has caused me to burn a few bridges, because I really get up on my soapbox and get all passionate about how Carnivore is the answer to good health! Im developing liver spots on my face , arms and hands. How do i make that stop. When i was vegan i lost all the liver spots, now what?

Its from eating too much fat. Time to go Vegan again.

@@afisanaa , yes I was very anemic and had to have blood so they had me take vit.c and eat liver for 3 mo, once a week. I did that until I hated liver then I figured my body had enough.

@@Fruigivore , I was vegan for25 yeas and it almost literally killed me.had I not gone carnivore 18mo.ago I would be dead. WHEN I went to the hospital I had less than 24hours to live. Had 5 bags of blood and went carnivore, everything that had me in bed with care givers for 7 years then I went carnivore and my whole life changed overnight. E erything including cancer itook it all to Jesus. I never went back to the witch dr.s . I'm up careing for my invelid daughter alone im 75 and she's 55. I've never felt better inmy life ex ept for arthritis in my back from an old injury I'm 100percent. I never thought about it ,,maybe I'm consuming to much fat now . I've lost 65lbs eating tons of fat.

My fatty liver from the over consumption of sugar caused mine. I had them on my head & face many years prior to carnivore. Mine are lightening up on carnivore! There are creams that can reduce & eliminate them as well. Well wishes. Edit: I have also read that liver spots are also caused from excessive seed oil consumption as well as sugars. Seed oils build up in fat cells & the body doesn't use them as efficiently as animal fat. Those layers of skin will darken more than normal fat cells in the skin. Research it & you will find all of this more detailed information on liver spots/dark spots as I have. Again, well wishes.

@@Sandra-hk8ks Oh, yeah! Fat is so good for us! I love that good meat-give me fats and proteins. Carnivore is the good life! Health is primary, appearance is secondary.
