Healing Inguinal Hernia With Exercise Full Workout

This is the full workout that I have been using to heal my inguinal hernia naturally without surgery.
I have gone from having a hernia the size of two golf balls together in the inguinal canal, to having no lump, and no pressure at all. These exercise are part of how I got to this point.
