I thank God for black seed oil! I’m a lifelong asthma sufferer who has had to use my inhaler every day for as long as I can remember, some times multiple times a day. First day I noticed a change.. very first day. I’m so serious. I had to sit down and think about what I was doing differently because there way no way this oil was that powerful. Listen- I have chronic uti’s and very prone to kidney infections. I had been on antibiotics for three days. No change to my uti. I was suffering and in pain. I had my black seed oil for about a week but never took it. So I decided to drop a few drops in a cup of black tea. Slept like a log. No more uti symptoms when I woke up. Went to work and worked a 12 hour shift- not sleepy or tired at all. Not craving foods or sweets. Not hungry. I had a feeling of great satisfaction. I noticed that I felt extremely grounded as well. I was urinating more than usual but nothing crazy. All of that water (inflammation) was exiting my body. It has been amazing so far. Boy me too! I wish I had a Dr who listened to me when I reported reaction to many of my medications. Now I’m really sick and trying not to find a Dr who believes in natural methods as well as medicine that is appropriate and effective. Some are but certainly not all. There are some medications that have been bad actors for my body. I have AI conditions that make it difficult to read because the nature of AI is to do the opposite of what a person would expect. What is being eaten by the host as well as many other factors make it difficult to assume what the reasons or reactions are going to be. Sigh I get so discouraged.

I’ve been swallowing 2tsp's of Nigella seeds since 2011 whilst recovering from Ivor Lewis surgery for oesophageal cancer. It was initially suggested by an Asian friend to help me with post operative reflux and coughing. So I’ve kept taking the seeds to this day. Overall - I’m feeling more confident about my health and - hey - I had a difficult operation for a really nasty tumour 13 years ago. And I’m survived well and am living a completely normal life.

I love this Doctor. God bless you. I am a believer in natural remedies combined with medication. But if your body is lacking a vitamin you will get an illness so increase your vitamin which you lack. Keep your blood alkaline as too much acidic in the blood causes inflammatory in the body, hence pain arthritis etc. We must help ourselves as the pharmaceutical companies are making money at of our illness. I’m from the UK and for many, many years over here, we have become extremely fond of eating curries because of our close bonds with India. It’s the go to dish at weekends. We literally have Indian restaurants and take-aways everywhere here. Nigella Sativa seeds, otherwise know as black onion seeds, are often used in Indian dishes such as the Naan breads which accompany a delicious curry. They can be sprinkled over salads etc too. There are so many healthy herbs and spices used in Indian and Middle Eastern dishes, which also happen to be very delicious. It’s a myth that the British have bland food. We’ve literally been importing herbs and spices etc for centuries.

I have both diseases it not that frightening don't let your fear get the best of you.. I recommend he gets a 24 hours blood sugar monitor so he can see what food affects him badly. Flour products spike my blood sugar very high. So limit them. He must exercise everyday.
