I had consistantly high blood pressure around 155/86, swelling feet with every meal, and my heart would pound heavily everytime i ate anything. I felt like i was doomed and my doctor prescribed me blood pressure meds. I didn't go get them from the pharmacy. I fasted as usual for Ramadan and then I continued intermittent fasting randomly afterwards for a few weeks and now every morning my breakfast is a cocktail (2tbsp chia seeds, 1 tbsp flax seeds, sprinkle of Cheyenne pepper, turmeric powder, ginger powder, and black pepper). It's tough to drink down but I do it religious every day before work. Then for lunch I have fresh fruit and unsweetened green tea and dandelion tea. Sometimes I'll grab a can of no salt added fish. Then I eat a normal dinner using no more table salt, only natural grey celtic salt. With all this after 4 months I've lost 25 pounds and my BP is about 121/68, my feet don't ever swell and my heart no longer pounds. I feel more energy and mentally better as well. I've added magnesium and vitamins D with K lately and I feel even better! I'm no doctor, but I feel these medicinal things do work well.

I thank God for you. Whenever I have a concern or issue you suddenly appear with a remedy. I have 7 stents. When I started taking HCTZ daily my cholesterol shot up to 271. I told my Cardiologist how well I eat and he told me I could stop taking it. He was frowning at me because I won’t take the statins. I told him I will have better numbers at my next visit in a few months. The HCTZ was working against me. I was surprised he admitted it can increase the cholesterol. I’m going to share my results with you soon. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

There is not a single cardiologist nor The American Heart Association, who will say there's any medication or diet that will remove or clear arterial plaque. This video is bullshit, come on people, do research and stop being ignorant. 99% of heart attack and strokes ARE FROM ARTERIAL PLAQUE BREAKING FREE AND CAUSING A FULL BLOCKAGE. Do you people really believe that olive oil and seeds are magically dissolving calcified arterial plaque yet cardiologist have to use stents and "roto rooter" procedures to open arteries or grind up the plaque? 😂

I started with this 2 months ago after suffering a heart attack 3 months ago. Never had other symptoms but was perscribed statins and cutting out the gym and told to lower my activity level. At the end of the first month I stopped taking the statins and started with complete change of my diet ad used this miricle tonic. The 40% blockage on an artery had no symptoms before and after stopping the statins and the diet change without telling the cardiologist tests showed marked improvement so he told to keep taking the statins and my last check he said was normal but keep taking the statins for the rest of my life. I ignored all his recommendations and even got a report of major importance by my much younger GF how the statins improved our love life. I went back to the gym and have added muscle mass to my lean 74 year old frame. The last test showed excellent progress of the medications I am NOT taking. I experimented with different ratios but found I am most pleased using a good amount of the pepper, that seemed too hot at first but making sure it is really well mixed cuts out the burn. THANK YOU!!

40% blockage cleared?
@stanspb7635 ай бұрын
@@nzingaward No, the last tests showed 12% but was told that is a variable but median of values. There are several factors contributing...no more beer, no fried food, no dairy products, more fruit and vegetables, adding red wine fit dining in a social event, but none at home, and a lot more fish, usually salmon and after getting used to it increasing the red pepper. I had none of the symptoms that predict heart problems except that my father has a massive heart attack in the waiting room at his doctor's office and died, about to have his routine 6 month checkup. He as 79 and in very good shape and active, a former athlete. He did all the cooking and housework since my mother has gained a lot of weight and settled into a sedentary life of sitting in her recliner and giving instructions on cooking or house cleaning to dad. She lived until 91. I am 6-2 and 174lb and very active turning 75 2 days ago, work out, hiking, backing, dancing until 4am Fri or Sat nights if there is a good live rock band. I moved from California to St Petersburg Russia 24 years ago and never got a car so walk or use public transportation, although collecting and restoring Italian GT was a hobby. The food here is a lot more pure, few additives are used. I walk a lot, living in the city center means everything I need is within walking distance and it is safe to walk anywhere 24hrs a day. Within a 15 walking range are 237 drama theaters, 292 world class museums 54 concert halls/opera houses and ballet, and a short bus or subway ride to any of the 473 museums in the city and have spent time in all of them. I have 3 small businesses and one large one that is on hold(providing 2-3 day culture and history tours for the million cruise ship passengers who arrived here every summer until Covid stopped cruising. so waiting for normal tourist seasons to return. My smaller businesses are a repair shop for pro audio equipment for venues, studios and musicians, (before moving here I had the largest specialty shop for musician and studio service in the world), and a pro photo studio that primarily works with stage actor portfolios and 2 times a month conduct master classes for actors who want to learn how to transition to cinema, 2-3 day programs for 20-60 actors each day. Also work with a lot of ballet dancers.I have zero interest in retiring, and having a great time in a stunning city and surrounded by great young people ...I do not even known anyone my age, my GF is a beautiful 48 year old lawyer/yoga instruction/licensed tour guide/and certified Sommelier who is a great cook who likes to prepare food styles from wherever we travel. I have spent time in 92 countries and enjoy the food everywhere but she wants to know everything about the food of where we go. She is off cooking for a 100 person yoga retreat she volunteered for on an island in the largest European island for 3 weeks. The gym I am a member of is directly across the street so it is convenient for my 3 session a week routine, I have gained weight, about 12 lbs of muscle mass since returning to the gym after stopping due to doctor orders and changing doctors. Medical care is good here and free but the new doctor is not so armament about taking statins. The new PCF is younger and more flexible in treating each patient as an individual. When I first went to him he wanted me to start a detailed diary of food eaten and activity. He thinks the only thing he wants me to change is sleeping more, which is really a problem for me. The only time I fall asleep normally is after sex and holding my GF. It has been a problem for 50 years. My GF falls asleep instantly and sleeps soundly for 8-9 hours. All my activity partners and close friends are between 23-40 yo, most are females and have no problem sleeping...if a number of us go on a hike everyone except me falls asleep in seconds of laying down, I am so envious. None of them seem to have any stress or focus on problems, it IS a very low stress society, there are no debt, no fear of safety, etc so maybe my being American where worry and stress are part of the culture is the difference. I have been here 24yr this time and never seen a fight or hostile situation, everyone gets along. Differences in views or lifestyle cause no reaction other than "oh, that is interesting". I have relaxed a lot but my mind is constantly working. It might be relate to never having a job, always being the founder or owner since my first business started at 13 yo repairing hi-fi and CB-radios in a small office behind the library. I raced on my bike to the shop after school every day to open the shop and work until my mother would call for dinner. I sold it when I graduated from HS mid-term, and moved a lone to San Francisco the same day. The was mid 60s and it was a dream for a 17 kid who was crazy about real museums and culture but the rest of the city was the center of a new lifestyle and subculture. Musicians soon found out there was a nerdy kid living out at the beach that could repair their amplifiers on his kitchen table. The second poor musician to knock on my door as a tall Mexican kid a year older who did not have the money to repair his amp at the only service shop in the city. I repaired it quickly and he said he could pay me after a performance. I did not care about money but he asked me to come see him play. I never cared about the music scene, but he wrote a note to give to the entrance of the large club, an ex-skating rink. I was going to be in the area anyway so went, the note got attention from the door security and came back and escorted me to the front of the large venue. 6 bands were playing that night and he was playing late. Everything was too loud and interesting but nothing I really cared about Finally my poor friend got to the stage, along with 12 other musicians, a big group. From the first note I heard him play I was hooked, that was the first time I heard of Carlos Santana. After the gig, he paid me and referred a lot of other work to me and No one outside of the Bay Area knew him until he went, uninvited to Woodstock and talked his way onto the stage at 2am in the rain and by the next morning had a major record deal. Eventually too many kids were dropping out all over the country and moved to San Francisco so the scene deteriorated so all the bands who had become established moved north into Marin co. I did and took over a failing recording studio and went on to record 197 gold and platinum albums from 1970 to 1993. The record industry collapsed due to the digital copying So for many decades I was in problem solving mode all the time, at only point owned 13 different businesses and all needed problem solving, even a horse ranch where e bred and trained Quarter Horses for Cutting competition, a high end elegant dress store that only featured its from little known designers so afforable that became very popular, a business that contracted rural police, fire and ambulance two way radio system maintenance and became the only contractor for the US Forest Service, a travel agency specializing on international tours for bands, handling all the transportation lodging and logistics for bands world tours, and a graphics arts company that focused on album covers, posters and corporate image client, opened the largest repair shop for pro audio equipment in the world and was the primary warranty station for 54 brands and and entire "factory service" from 2 large volume brands. Also opened a repair repair and restoration shop for Italian classic GTs, mostly Maserati, and a Fixed Base Operator, repair and flight school at a small California airport. So being the problem solver for all these activities at the same time, I never slept that much. In 1999, just before 2000 I gave everything away, mostly to the employees, houses to family, car collections to friends, and moved with only 2 suitcases and $6000 to St Petersburg and have loved every minute of it, but after 5 months of just play and retirement at age 51 living in a tiny city center apartment, just playing every day was fun but everywhere I looked I saw unmet opportunities, and started another small repair shop and then an incoming tour operator business that grew rapidly and only worked 1/2 the year, and at the end of the second full year had 83 employees. All but two were female and never had an office that ran so smoothly and how good each person was in solving problems before anyone knew about them. Everyone thought I was crazy for paying full salary every month but the staff only worked half the year. I was laughed at by competitors for spoiling my staff but did not laugh when just prior to the new summer season a fully trained, skilled and rested staff was working with 95% efficiency when the other established offices were struggling and training new staff. That difference in professional results caused a lot of agencies in the US and UK move to us so the second year we were the second largest in the country. So, this history partially explains why too many nights are with little sleep, I am used to it and it is a habit. I am slowing down, seldom out later than 3am, and last winter did not go camping in the woods in the snow even one time, went to more jazz clubs than Rock, mostly that not that many rock clubs remain since the shift to fine dining has taken over as dominate evening venues. Drama has increased, more theaters are full every night. Opera and ballet has always sold out every night, even kids attend regularly. It is free for students even if they are visiting tourists, they can show a photo student body card they get free entry. The free seats are upper balconies and are packed with kids 9 to 22, as long as they have the ID.

You are such a light and a blessing. Medical care is so expensive, not to mention dental care. So many can't afford to even take time off from work to take care of health problems. You are changing lives with things in the cabinet. Thank you. God Bless!

I started drinking 2 tbl spoons olive oil with a tea spoon of lemon juice on an empty stomach each morning for poor leg circulation after being on my feet all day. circulation was much better in a week , by the end of a month I had full circulation when sitting after working all day. I have been taking the olive oil now daily for three years and actually take 3 tbl spoons twice a day, my bad Cholesterol dropped 75 points at my first yearly physical of taking the olive oil , and I have no joint or muscle pain at age 65 and I work as a marine mechanic five days a week . Think about it , studies in the 1980's said the Mediterranean diet was the healthiest diet in the world because of the high olive oil content and a good percentage of the people lived to be over 100 years old. The Eskimos / Inuits had the healthiest hearts in the world because of the high fish oil they consumed. You will have some diarrhea for a day or two , but then the body begins to absorb and use the oil and you will gradually start sending the oil where it is needed . But you must be disciplined and take it every day to get the kind of benefits I have , I suggest taking it right before your morning cup of coffee. Most doctors will not suggest it ,because there is no benefit in it for their practice.I am ordering some chia seeds from Amazon today

Which brand of olive oil are you using?

It's all government control. Insurance tells Dr's and Pharmacist what they can and cannot do. Like the Bible says, greed is the root of all evil. Then you look at the foods. White bread should be cheap. There's no nutrients in it. Then all the chemicals they put in all our food. Everything. Why? You can't make money on healthy people. Yep. What's in our water? Yet they don't cure anything. They fix the issue at hand. But the real problem is nerve discovered or it's ignored. So many things are scams against us.

In a time when it’s more important than ever for people to take charge of their own health and well being, and when so many have utterly lost faith in doctors, you are something of an angel. I have liver disease (and am unvax’d) but I have not had as much as a cold in the past six years, in large part because I have applied your wisdom to my daily routine. May the blessings you have brought me be returned to you a thousand times over, friend. Thank you. 🙏🏻❤️🌻🐢

The losing of faith in doctors is irrational and is largely the result of anti vaaxers and dodgy alternative medicine types. Hope you stay well.
@saintsone7877 Жыл бұрын
@@michaelburgess7242 Wrong. The loss of faith has come because doctors sell themselves to certain pharmaceuticals for money etc. I have often asked a doctor why he/she prescribes certain medications and the answer is obvious when you look around the surgery/office. They usually say they have found x to be the best yet they never prescribed me other medications those medications at first. It was simply prescribed at the next examination because they started getting paid by the prescription from the manufacturer.
