This honestly just sent me to heaven and back. I pictured myself with wings, flying off of these 400ft high planks of woof that spelt my name out. Whilst flying in the air I was breathing in, inhaling all off the worlds most wonderful gifts. I was eventually sent up to a higher point, where someone crowned me an angel. I was nearly crying at this point, I was so incredibly overwhelmed with my feelings. I had no idea what was happening. Throughout the course of this particular mindstate, I discovered my aim in life, and the reason for why I am alive. This is the question I have asked myself for 16 years, solved in 30 minutes. This is the most incredible audio I have ever listened to. I am totally, 100% sober also. I want to congratulate the uploader for producing this video. You have just healed my life, and given me so many beautiful reasons to live. Well done.

Introspectah You can look up the definition of Agoraphobia. It usually comes from some kind of trauma, either forgotten or remembered. Agoraphobia is any combo of symptoms including: a fear of crowds, leaving your home, driving alone, getting stuck somewhere you don't feel safe, an overwhelming fear of meeting new people, etc. It does become a constant fear and worrying about everything if you get a really bad case of it.

Related: Agoraphobe; agoraphobic. - So it seems to me as if the rather misplaced infusion of potentially unconnected symptoms into and the attachment of symptoms to the clinical term agoraphobia is yet another example of the all-pervasive influence the psychiatric school of thought exerts onto the populace; which misleads them into reversely worshipping certain syndromes like OCD and handing over our power onto them as if these very clinical diagnoses had the power to influence our psyche, and not the other way around. Perhaps not worded in the most efficient way but it's the best i could make out of it, as i ain't keen on spending too much time on this at the moment. Perhaps another moment, if the intention's reciprocated.

My experience was first at the beach, night sky, aurora skies, purple pink blue dark sky with stars, galaxies, surfing space and it's edges of the universe, back to a rain forest where appears to be the woman of my life which in real life haven't found yet. Running with her, staring into her eyes, hugging, loving her beauty and inner beauty, felt tears and just pure love and happiness then there would also be sadness because of my social anxiety but then she'd appear to hug me when I felt sad of these anxieties. What a beautiful meditation. 23yrs old and I wish life to be this happiness one day. Peace everyone :)

ive weaned off my meds for 4 months, and now gone cold turkey for 3 weeks without meds. i found that when i struggled, a good habit of mine is research. perfectionism is always regarded as excellence when really it is quite the opposite. i made my withdrawal easier by realising the slightest detail about myself like perfectionism. my advice for those with anxiety and social anxiety is to make sure you define the research on what you are and relate to yourself in terms of who YOU are. depression does come with withdrawals, YOU must utilize your emotions to FINDING. Find out why you feel that way. anyways will post more if anyone is interested. peace :)

This was my first time meditating when I found this video. I turned off the lights, lit a candle, put on my headphones, sat down, and listened. This video was extremely helpful and made me relax so much I almost fell over!

Just the other day I had my psychologist turn me onto meditation for my depression and anxiety. After a little bit of research I found that meditation is not only beneficial for depression but it also helps with physical ailments. I’ve been on antidepressants for 15 years. Nothing they’ve prescribed works. I really hope this will be the cure. I have nothing to lose, so why not give it a try?! Pushing those racing thoughts out of your mind is really challenging but with practice it should become easier, I hope.

I know that doing meditation regularly will help you..also try getting into yoga as well. I also recommend looking into chakra healing as well, go on google and look up "basic overview of chakras"!

Amazing!! I feel a sense of calm and have realized these thoughts of anxiety are just thoughts and I have set them free, they do not belong to me. They are gone as fast as they came. Breathe....Always remember to breathe as that is what centers your being ness. Love to all !

Thank you. It helped.Incredible how Ego has such a strong influence on our minds. While meditating to your video, thoughts would turn to how I could make a better video or how I could make money from starting a channel etc. All this while the purpose of my meditation today was to connect with my Creator or Consciousness.I appreciated your video and the Music was really helpful. I felt my brain tingling!!! is that a good thing??? I was feeling really depressed because my ignorant selfish bf was having one of his temper tantrums and it really stresses me out. This however really managed to lower my blood pressure and relieve me from the on coming migraine. Thank You So Much For Making This Video!!! My Soul is Thankful!!!
