I am very intentional about saying I'm getting "healthy" I make a point to emphasize how strong and good my body feels and try to not get hung up on the "scale" or a "size" but I also know my journey has taught her skills she will grow up with now like how to properly read a nutrition label or how to nourish her body with food or how movement helps pms symptoms. Things I didn't know until my mid-thirties.

Jessica, this video was absolutely amazing! And, although I’ve watched & loved your homeschooling content and have also been a customer…THIS was my favorite video to date, as your heart and passionate story lit up the screen. 👏🏻 Two questions - Did you have an eating window or did you start & stop eating at a certain time? And, just for fun…has it improved your libido? Lol…😂Thanks so much !!!
@TheWaldockWay7 ай бұрын
My eating window is when I wake up to when I go to bed 🤣 Like literally the minute my feet hit the floor I'm downing my pre-workout apple sauce and I typically eat my dessert in bed just before I go to sleep. I like food too much for restrictions of any kind 🤣 And YES my libido and my confidence improved which has made quite the impact in our marriage 🤣❤️

Thank you so much for your transparency and sharing all of this. I am where you were and trying to get on this journey successfully. One BIG take a way that has resonated with me is just pick 1 thing and do it. That's a great idea. Baby steps = long term changes. One question I had was how did you arrive at your calorie and protein number and did you use a counter? Like now did you keep track? I also wanted to do the "keeping the body moving" so thought about the walk in place exercise routines. It's hard to keep this body moving as you mentioned. The mind is willing but the flesh is like an anchor. Thank You! 🙂 ❤
