Heath and Nutrition Awareness Seminar Held at Kamil Foundation School for male and female officers of PHP, District Police and TrafficPolice of this region. Dr Nagina Shahzadi (Gold Medalist) renowned Nutritionist and Gastroenterologist and Dr.Adnan Nutritionist conducted the assessment on the basis of weight, height and age and did counselling according to BMI . Furthermore, they delivered lecture to sensitise participants about healthy diet , mineral intake and percentage of protein, carbohydrates, fats and vitamins were also elaborated to all on multimedia . All participants appreciate and get information to improve their health.
