I wonder how many people are aware that the overwhelming majority of pumpkin seeds are coming from China? (which is a disaster) Even places like Sprouts are getting their pumpkin seeds from China. Trader Joe's is one of the only places where they are coming from a different source - Guatemala and Mexico. Even then, they are unfortunately pasteurized, which kills most of the nutrients available.

Pumpkin seeds relax your mind and make your mood carefree and peaceful. I eat some raw a few times a day and I definitely notice a difference. You'll feel relaxed, it'll be hard to get bothered, worried, excited, upset, an obsessive nervous thought, etc. You'll just feel relaxed. Imagine laying on a hammock outdoors, without a care in the world. That is how pumpkin seeds make the mind feel. They have magnesium, this relaxes the brain. They are anti-inflammatory, this reduces pain. They have other mood boosting nutrients, like omega 3 and zinc. Quite frankly, you should eat pumpkin seeds to stay out of pain. No one wants mental pain or physical pain. Pumpkin seeds reduce both. If you don't eat pumpkin seeds, discomfort in mind might come back. Physical aches might get worse.

I do the same exercises and enjoy the same lifestyle as I used to follow 30 years ago and I am nearing 60 now. One thing I particularly reduced (if not avoid) is carbo hydrates.

pumking seeds when to consume??
@sivavVykunta
@sivavVykunta 2 жыл бұрын
@@shruthieshwar8571 best consumed after dinner (quantity may start from as small as (or less than) 6-8 green pumpkin seeds well chewed and swallowed with a glass of (optionally warm) water) to as appropriate/suitable (may also depend on quantity/difficulty level of the food consumed and one's intestinal/gut sensitivity); however when taken on empty stomach, it may take away gut lining/lubrication so may not suit (temporarily affect/jam/break normal gut function for) those with sensitive/acidic/ulcer stomach; otherwise, it seems to ease digestion/stomach jam/evacuation and may effectively bring down sleep/charging duration and boost activeness level.

Which one of the Triune god (according to you) are you thanking? If you are thanking to the God Almighty, the Creator, the Sustainer, the Cherisher, the Exalted, the Immortal, the One and the only True God, then you are on the right path. Let me Quote a verse from the Bible. Numbers: 23.19 God is not a man, that He should lie, Nor a son of man, that He should repent.

I am a thin 54 year old that was suddenly diagnosed with pre-diabetes. I have NEVER in my life had to watch what I ate. I could eat anything without any weight or cholesterol issues. Now I was suddenly faced with having to seriously watch my diet. Through a couple of changes, my blood sugar slowly went down. It really wasn’t until I found and started eating pumpkin seeds that my blood sugar really dropped to great levels. My fasting glucose readings went from 140-160, slowly down to 100-110. And they’re really tasty.

Nice information, deserves rich appreciation & kudos. But why not stick to one system of weighing - either grams or ounces - why confuse things? The other: why haven't you recommended the daily intake/dosage? Without it the lecture is incomplete!
