Health Qigong Ma Wang Dui is one of the 9 sets of Health Qigong exercises endorsed by the International Health Qigong Federation. This set of exercises is based on traditional Qigong theory, Chinese Medicine principles, and modern sports science methods.
Each move has been designed to work with different Meridian and channels to stimulate energy flow along the channels and meridians. In turn, it helps boost energy flow in the body and enhances the functions of internal organs.
Graceful and therapeutic movements help improve muscle tone and bone structure and strengthen the body's stamina and flexibility.
Health Qigong Ma Wang Dui is a great exercise to improve overall mental and physical fitness and well-being.
