Protein in vegetables: Palak , small bandghohi, lentils,soyabean( higest protein 36 gram in 100 grams) tofu,milk,quinoa ( best as it has all 9 amino acids) nuts ,chia seeds .

Some old Baasi Cricketers and Bombay filmi are promoting refined oil which is very bad Govt should ban refined oil Encourage cold pressed or Kachi Ghani ka tel Sad that we are zero in Olympic gold.Cricket has ruined our sports culture

Dr sahb ,I salute u for the way u explain the things to a lay man in very simple language .Once u said in a vedio that u are indebted to india as the country gave u opportunity to complete your medical degrees at very nominal fees n costs .u said that u can't leave this country as u have debt of this country for having taken education on very subsidised cost .I really salute u that u have such great n examplary emotions for this country .

Bilkul sahi kaha. Soya beans se bhi better option hai soya chunks. Soya badi mein protein ka concentration badh jata hai. 100 grams mein sidha 50 gram protein aur taste wali problem fir isme aur bhi zada hai. Agar cook karna aata ho to tasty recipes bhi bana sakte hain. Aur iska amino acid profile pura hai baki lentils wagairah ke comparison mein.
