It's possible. Typed in 100g of chicken breast in a macro calculator and got 31g, protein. This recipe calls for 500g chicken breast. 31 x 5 = 155 It'll always vary. I think food labels can vary as much as 20%, but it's the approximation that can be done. At the rate I gave above, it'd be 825 cal for the chicken breast alone. Not bad macros huh?

When I tried, the flour just didnt get crispy or bake. My chicken cooked so long it got dry, bit the flour never got golden brown and obviously tasted exactly like flour. Can someone tell me what I did wrong? I used baking powder snd the settings listed.

He put cooking spray on the nuggets after they were coated in the flour mixture. For example: Look for the brand name called “Pam”. It’s a cooking oil in an aerosol can. It’s normally in the grocery store aisle next to all the different kinds of oil. He also may use a sheet pan that has a wire tray on top. The wire tray allows the air to circulate as the nuggets cook. I hope this helps you out. Have a great day!

Yes. As long as you stay in a daily caloric deficit. These meals will keep you satiated (protein does that) which helps curb your cravings. That said, losing fat is never easy and requires dedication.

Depending on the brand, regular mayo has 100 -120 calories per serving (1tbsp/15g). And depending on the brand, light mayo has 35 -50 calories per 1tbsp/15g serving. If you like mayo and you are trying to find ways to keep it in your diet whole maintaining a calorie deficit, switching to light mayo is a smart choice to make.
