Hiii... Thank you so much for such a simple and amazing keto friendly recipe ... I just baked them exact as per the given ingredients and have come out super tasty. But they are really soft to hold.. like it did not firm like other cookies after baking... Just wanted to check are they suppose to be like this or I did something wrong

Great job..!! 👍yes they have to be soft and fudgy and delicate also....you nailed it !! ❤️❤️It took me too long to develop this recipe because as you said, most of the sugar free recipes yield dry cookies. But i wanted a soft and delicate cookie which you can cherish with a cuppa of coffee. Therefore, after a lot of practice I come up with this recipe.
