Thank you for sharing this great information with us. I was in perfect health until I moved to the USA 16 years ago. I'm from the island and I grew up eating real food, when I came here I started eating all kinds of processed foods, then came health issues. Last year I went back to nature and started eating whole food, plant-based, & 95% Raw. I reversed all of my health issues in less then six months. I'm in my 40's and I feel like 16 again, down 60 pounds, no more pain in my body. To God be the glory for great things he has done. Keep these videos coming doc!

I used to be raw vegan and my health was AMAZING! Weight stayed low, energy was on 100, skin glowing, my eye color changed to a beautiful color due to all of the raw fruits & veggies, I ran endlessly in my workouts,. Here's my message! In 2020 I got bored living alone during the pandemic. I started eating the sad diet and ended up experiencing health issues for the first time ever in my life. I am now eating vegan again. I am starting to feel SO much better literally day by day. I will be back to running again. I've learned my lesson to NEVER go back to the S.A.D diet again. That diet is a trick from the devil. The word of God says the enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy. When you read the reports that is exactly what the enemy is doing to people's health by using fake food as his weapon. God made the foods we need for our bodies. God has infinite wisdom. What he gave us to eat is perfect which is why it heals us. Just like in the garden of Eden the enemy convinces is to eat what leads to death. I hope you will come to consciousness and stop giving the devil what he wants. Eat God made food!

Then my man...sorry, then the good Doctor pulled out my fave, Star Apple. I haven't had that in a long time. I bought a home in JA. It's time to go back for some real food. Good Doctor, show them the Cashew and Almond fruit. That's right, cashew and almond comes from delicious fruits you can eat. Dr. Price, thanks for sharing. This was both educational and fun. Doctor Price I just finished doing your detox over a week ago. I lost about four percent body fat and my energy levels and libido got much better. The Parasite cleanse was horrible but in some weird way I looked forward to drinking it because I knew the results. I need to change a few things in order to become more vegan but I haven't eaten any meat in over a month and that feels really good. It's also crazy because right now my body is craving your detox. I just ordered the twenty eight day detox and I can't wait until it gets here. I'm going to work harder towards eating more plant based foods. I'm sixty six years old and I would still like to stick around a little bit longer.😄

Did you find that you actually had parasites within? Part of me is hoping I do have parasites…as a way of knowing that the parasite detox truly works but the other part of me wants to think I’m not as parasite toxic as I probably am.😁 I tested both teas for one day and felt the difference immediately; I woke up congested, had a slight dull headache and little skin breakout. I had no cramping and the elimination was smooth. Yes, all of this immediately. So I’m looking forward to starting for the full 14 days after my travels.
@godzzzsun Жыл бұрын
@MsNandi-yf1lo I definitely had parasites, and after the cleanse, I felt more energy and less foggy in my brain. I haven't eaten meat, fish turkey or lunch meat since March. My diet right now is high in carbs most of which are bad. I'm about to reset and do a third cleanse. Hopefully, this time I will stick closer to a vegan lifestyle.

I dibbled and dabbled with just fruits and vegetables while fasting a few times, and it felt good. I also lost weight. However, currently I am seriously considering making this a lifestyle change. My mom was overweight for many years. In the recent years she was diagnosed with cancer (full hysterectomy) high blood pressure and she kept it a secret for at least a year being a diabetic (because she didn't want to claim it). I don't want to experience, what mom is experiencing, if I can keep from it. I truly enjoy running my grandchildren raggedy. I can keep up with them, and I want to continue that. Plus, I don't want to have my adult children worried about me. Thank you for sharing this with us Dr. Price.

I can't tolerate most meds and unfortunately the only med that helped me was clonidine but it made me dizzy fall and too tired to garden or exercise. I'm only on a water pill now turning 70 my ideal body weight but still in the 150/80 range. My cardiologist is frustrated but is letting me try more natural remedies because he doesn't want to make me sick with meds. I think your ideas can help me. Thanks so very much Dr. Price for this video! I had a scare about a week ago in the ER last week! BP hit 219/101! After I was given meds, my pressure didn't improve much after a while. So, I was given, either more or something else. I began feeling kinda strange and called for a nurse. Based on what I was describing to him, he said he would get some fluids for me, but wanted to check my BP. It has dropped to 93 but I don't know the lower number. He rushed out of the room to get fluids for me. However, it wasn't long before, I called and I was slipping into unconsciousness. He ran to get the doctor! I thought I was going to die! The room was filled with the medical team working on me! I was praying to myself, "God, please don't let me die!" I had not been taking blood pressure meds. I'm 65 and have had high blood in my early 30s! I'm 153 lbs and 5 ft 6 inches tall. I don't eat meat and haven't in years. In fact, my son always laughs at me and asks me all the time "where's the food?!" I'm not sure what causes my BP to be high! I don't exercise regularly; however, I work on trying that by walking on my manual treadmill and some exercise stretch bands I have, but never used! I thank you for this video; it served as a confirmation as to what I need to do moving forward! I do not want to be on these meds at all! I am going to get your recipe book! Blessings and keep doing what you're doing! It's a bless to have found your channel!

Love this video!! I live in south Florida where I am re-landscaping my yard after it was destroyed by Hurricane Ian. I want to plant tropical edibles so it was really nice to see you open your fruit box to display and discuss the fruits that will grow here. I don’t want to plant without first tasting the various fruits. I couldn’t figure out where to find many of them and now I know. So cool!! You didn’t mention the biggest money saver of all. The cost of meat, dairy products, eggs, packaged items, etc. is far greater than the cost of WFPB items. Simply not buying them saves a ton of money. Dry beans are far cheaper than steak and ribs for sure. I buy in bulk as you suggest. Not only is it cheaper but I can easily store a long term food supply on a shelf. That means fewer trips to the store and less gas spent. I truly love your videos!! Thank you!!!

My moment was learning that plant base is full of fiber. I never thought about going vegan and I’m not really educated about it. But I’m contemplating about giving it a try for a few days to see how I do. I have always had problems with my digestive systems ever since I had to have a gallbladder removal done back in 05” and it sucks. Along with having high blood pressure🤦🏽♀️So thank you for sharing this video and I am a new subscriber to your channel thanks to @stephanspeaks❤

Doing intermittent fasting. I am also doing plant based for the season of Lent 2023. Life/Health Insurance policies are double checking these labs and increasing premiums and non covered services.

I found what you had to say about the cost of medical bills so enlightening. In the UK we are privileged to have such a treasured institution as the NHS. As you know it has suffered post-pandemic and still struggles due to current economic factors. As a nation we are indebted to all who work in it and try to protect it as much as we can. What you say is important to a wider audience in the UK as well as committed vegetarians/vegans/WFPB eaters. Would love what you say to be given a wider audience such as on 'Physicians Committee'. You deserve it. Thank you.

Just seeing all the different fruits that I never heard of, like star apple and the one you stated taste like chocolate pudding and few others. But I to meet you when you came to Dallas, I exactly went to see Stephen Speaks, and you were there as well a bonus. Thank you for sharing your knowledge.

Love the video. Now we just need a video on how to eat each one of those fruits in the variety I ❤ box. Please 🙏🏾. Hopefully you enclose a guide on when it’s ripe, and do I eat seeds or not, etc.

Hello Dr. Price. My "Ah ha! moment during this video was when you made the comment about how we use herbs to make our food taste good. Without the natural herbs and spices, the meat we eat would taste bland. You also said in another video that many of the sweet treats and candies that are made were inspired by what God already gave us in nature within fruits. Basically, I am realizing that I everything that I enjoy eating can be found in nature. This truly is mind-blowing to me because what you are sharing is helping me to realize that I can eat life-giving food and enjoy every bite. You have made it easy for me to walk away from what is killing me and embrace foods that will heal me. Thank you for what you have shared with your channel. This truly has changed my perspective on what food actually is.

10:57 OMG! I read a book last year about Okinawa, Japan, and how they have the highest life expectancy on the planet. The book talked about how the main thing they eat is tofu, vegetables, and how even the elderly ride bicycles every day and how I think they drink wine or something regularly, but cancer is unheard of there, and everybody is healthy, fit, and consume the most vegetables and fruits of all of the other countries. I want to visit there one day.
