Oh, I made this recipe two nights ago. My husband and I have been in heaven (nearly) for two days at dinner time. Dillon, your falafel and dill sauce are soooo good! I can hardly wait to make it again. This time I’ll double the recipe. Thanks for taking such good care of your “peeps!” My husband and I are Seniors, coming a bit late to the party, but thank goodness it’s never too late as long as we’re still breathing. 🥳

I came late to the party too. Like most vegans, I wish that I learned the facts sooner and made the switch growing up. One thing's for sure, I am vegan from now on!

Perfection in a patty! I keep a batch of these in the freezer for whenever I need a quick, satisfying meal. Just pop them in the toaster oven for about 5 minutes. My favorite way to eat them is with a whole wheat pita (also kept frozen), a variety of sauces ranging from mild to hot, and a salad of chopped cucumber, tomato and red onion (add fresh dill or mint optional), salt, pepper, vinegar. YUMM!
@peterpiper5300 Жыл бұрын
Do you cook them first before freezing or do you freeze them uncooked?
@rwbrazis Жыл бұрын
Yes, I cook them first, although you could probably freeze them either way. It just makes it handy for a quick meal when they're already cooked.@@peterpiper5300

SO EXCITED....made these just now and they are awesome! THANK YOU Dillon & Reebs....I'm singing your praises....I already had some vegan tzatziki dip from Trader Joe's so I used that instead of making it ! I just made both of these this morning. I could live on it exclusively. Both were really easy, and the falafels came out of the oven cooked, but pale. Threw them in the air fryer for 5 minutes, and they came out brown and crispy, just as Dillon said. I used dried chickpeas I threw in the InstantPot, so they were ready to use in less than an hour. Seriously, this was fantastic!
