A soup tip from my uni days. I made a double batch of soup once a week, and froze half for a later week. That way I'd eat 2 different soups a week, but only make 1. It worked really well for all different types of soup, and great for busy days

Love ur videos, lots of love to Sage. The pizza sauce and salsa is so easy to make in a chopper by throwing some tomatoes, onion, garlic and capsicum on a bbq. I make extra and store in freezer so that I don't consume any preservatives

Mama- you Have to try the Nordica smooth cottage cheese !!! It tastes just like sour cream, more than the Greek yogurt and more protein. My mom served with dinner one night and no one could tell it wasn’t sour cream! 🤗

Nikole! First I wanted to thank you because I started watching your channel 2 1/2 years ago when I moved to the USA and you really helped me to find healthy foods here in America. Also, funny you should mention that ezekiel bread because I JUST discovered it (from that brand too) last week, after a few years in the USA and it's my favourite bread ever. It tastes exactly like my french grandma's home made loaf. Finally, mint chocolate chip ice cream is life 💚and I don't know if you have a Aldi in Canada, but theirs tastes exactly like Halo Top's, both the keto and normal version and they are a couple dollars cheaper 🙃

You have to put your avocados in the dark bag and in the dark area so they're ripen quickly in the dark of a dresser if you leave it just out in the open they were not right quick enough that's how I learned

This all looked great, but I’ll be honest one thing I won’t budge on is my ice cream! I’d much rather eat a smaller portion of whole fat ice cream than a larger portion of Halo Top! No matter how hard I tried to love it, it’s just not the same as real ice cream to me! Maybe they changed the recipe, but I remember it having a weird consistency! Like, Sandy! It was bizarre! Anyways, I’m so glad that I happened upon your channel! I’m a nutritionist and I’m always looking for more inspiration to shake things up! For some reason I don't like the Halo Top ice cream. Tried a few different flavors. My favorites are Enlightened and simple truth Keto french ice cream. (I do not do Keto) But we all have different likes, and some products are not available depending where you live.

I have found some sprouted breads at Walmart that are half the price of Ezekiel. I will eventually try Ezekiel but I find over $6.00 is a not for a loaf of bread. Why do you choose Ezekiel?

I try not to use very watery veggies but if you just remove the seeds or crank up the heat at the end to crisp them up that usually helps
