Can you taste the coconut when you use it in a curry like this? I personally hate coconut flavor, but I'm also lactose intolerant so there's no other option😅

I use vegan protein powders from a brand called HappyWay☺️ They are definitely the best vegan protein powders I have ever tasted😍 Even my boyfriend loves them and he isn’t usually the biggest fan of protein powders! I have a discount code if you want to try out their products, it’s ”HAPPYSELMA”☺️ My favorite flavors are the vanilla, chocolate caramel and caramel biscuit😍

It seems like its plain, because she added vanilla which probably saves you a ton of unwanted sugars.

no chicken, no peanuts, no garlic or onion roots. the leafs of seasoning like onion or garlic am okay. for the psychedelic help, bananas as well avocado help. i do love yourself momi

I don't think all of this has 100g of protein. Breakfast pancakes had only 1 and half scoop of protein in whole recipe, which is maximum say 50g of protein, and thats being generous. So if you have 1 or 2 pancakes for breakfast you end up with 10g of protein max.

Add 36grams of Protein from the eggs (6eggs x 6grams each) and then she added Greek yogurt = more protein.

@bmienal yes i agree it seems a lot overall, but there's what around 12 slices of that. So devide 36 grams of protein from eggs by 12, and you get 3 grams per slice. I still stand by 10-15 grams per slice altogether. But don't get me wrong, i do like her recipes, actually. That's why i subscribed.
