I would absolutely LOVE to do that! Unfortunately, it is not now though. I know it will be WONDERFUL! Planning Sharon's conference again though. Hope to see you then!

I am working on giving up salt but I sometimes add it to my large salad so I eat it. Because ai gave up all salad dressings with added oil. I usually squeezed lemon with this chili lime seasoning which has sea salt in it

Best interview EVER! Dr. Oliveira explains things the best way I've ever heard. I'm so glad she is helping the doctors of the future know what is true nutrition for optimal health. You are right Chef AJ, she needs to write a book! I also looked up everything I could find about her once I watched Part 1 of this interview. The talk she gave in Hawaii was FANTASTIC. As an individual who is now in year 2 of my journey to health, I want more detailed, true factual science to guide me in my eating choices. Dr. Oliveira delivers.

Salt disguising fat might help explain why, once I got started, I would eat a LOT of foods like mac cheese, or even just cheese or butter.

This is brilliant. I need to make my own unsalted peanut butter, so my kids won't overeat on it!
