Thank you so much for meal prep this week, I actually love the food even though it's time consuming, look it's all worth it in the end, you're not stressing out worrying about what you're going to eat at meal time when you're got nothing prepared. Thank you Domestic geek, keep those recipes coming, I love them. Cheers

I usually mix and match one or two things from these videos with various other videos and favorite recipes to figure out what I'm making for the week... but I think I'm just going to make everything in this video this week. YUM. I hope you continue doing these more often throughout the year, I'm sure they're a LOT of work but they're my favorites! :)

Great stuff and I very much eat and prep like this to maintain my massive weight loss. The salads baffled me a bit though. I eat about that much protein but about 6x the veggies. I could take the protein in the little jar, the lettuce/veggies in a big mason jar and mix in a huge bowl -- or just put all in a large food storage container -- which is what I do...

Guys, I know this may sound stupid, but what is a meal prep and when do you consume it? After doing meal prep, do you still cook or do you just eat what you have prepared? Wouldnt the food spoil if I prepare it 3/4 days beforehand? Sorry, I asked too much questions, but I see a lot of people make whole loads of meal prep to supply themselves for the whole week.
