I love drinking the natural calm at night before bed in warm water. It’s like a treat for me. I’ve never tried it cold. One of my self care goals this year is oil pulling. So many things in common. Glad I found your channel :)

Very motivating isn't it Josefine, I like to give myself some extra time in bed in the morning to tune into how i'm feeling! I have recently learn how our hormones affect our mood drastically too ☺Good luck on your journey! :)

Thank you so much! I'm a bit of an essentialist so, for me, it's really more about designing a daily routine and sticking with that vs. planning each day. I might do a video about that in the future :)

I like to stretch in the morning on my yoga mat on the hardwood floor, so that means I sweep/dust mop the floor area before I do this. I believe some the monks in the East sweep their cells/room in the start of the day....

Aww, thank you!! No, I don't melt it. I just scoop it onto a spoon and it immediately melts in my mouth :)

I LOVE Miracle Morning. I used to be such a morning person but the last 6 months or so I have become a night owl so getting up in the morning has been a chore. I NEED to get to bed earlier so I can get these good habits back in my life as I feel like something is missing. What time to do you go to bed and rise in the morning???

I hear you! It's amazing how quickly we can fall out of our positive habits just by gradually starting to stay up later and later. But luckily, once we really start to see and feel that something is missing, we get that extra push to begin again! Right now, I go to sleep around 10, sometimes earlier (and sometimes later depending on my workload) and then my alarm goes off at 4:55.

Do you press snooze??? I would LOOOVE get up at 4:55am again like I used to. OMG! Lately I feel like I'm pressing snooze EVERY morning!! I am dragging! I have ALOT of changes that I need to make! Thanks so much for getting back to me, I appreciate you taking the time! I look forward to more videos like this one to keep me motivated! Thanks for doing what you are doing!

+Mamey's Medley Haha, well I'm only human so I definitely press snooze from time to time but it's a habit I try my best to stay away from. There's a difference between listening to your body when it truly needs rest versus continuing a bad habit, so I remind myself of that. Keep going! You can do it! It's always hardest at the beginning but it's so worth it :)

Oh, I see. I was referring to the original book (I know he's written a few other versions since the original was released.) Here is the version I have: amzn.to/2v6Rgje I've never used the Miracle Morning journal, as I just use my own. It looks like it can be used to supplement your morning routine, but I think any journal would work for that :)

I do ACV every night, but I wonder if it's better to do in the morning? I'll research that.. I am very interested in oil pulling! Will be looking that up too. I'm not much of a tea person but love my coffee, I also don't really NEED it for energy but I gotta have it. It's a mood booster for me. I sort of do TMM but throughout the day. I have little ones and chronic fatigue so early mornings are tough. I so super appreciate your videos, you're a great inspiration. This video seemed more peppy than usual, lol, loved it!

Yes, the research I've read says that the benefits of drinking it in the morning are greater. I'm glad you've found a way to incorporate TMM into your day and have it work with your schedule! :)

Love your morning Routine ideas, and so agree that it's important to begin the day well. A downside to the magnesium citrate (the CALM) that I learned last year; that form isn't the best form of magnesium! It interfere with an essential liver enzyme, that's vital to mineral balance! Magnesium glycinate, Malate, and several others are great! We need about 5 mg of magnesium/pound of weight, spread throughout the day. The website gotmag.org has great info on ways to inhance absorption! I make Mag water, using 3 Tbsp (plain) milk of magnesia in a liter of sparkling water, 1/3 liter has about 500 mg magnesium, and the benefit of the co-factor, bicarbonate! I add some to glasses of water, tea, or even coffee throughout the day, it's a simple, more beneficial alternative to the calm, and has a mould taste!

I have 2 boys who have different start times for school. I can do some of these things before they wake and some after they leave for school. Though frankly if I had to work outside of the home I bet this would be more challenging. And of course babies....one moment at a time. It's been awhile since mine were babies....ha ha, whew boy...
